This company is a pleasure to work with on loans. Jane Hammond worked with me every step of the way to ensure our success. She answered all questions promptly. She helped calm some fears with sound logic and direction. I am well pleased with this company in our transaction.

This was a difficult decision I did not want to make but had to under my circumstances. My agent was John Walters. He was so helpful and so sympathetic to me. It was a very long process but John was there at every step. He explained every detail and made certain I understood. He always explained things in layman terms which I was very appreciative.
He even came to PA for the closing to make sure I knew what each paper was that I was signing. I will definitely recommend this product and company to anyone in my situation. It’s a wonderful product available for seniors to be able to stay and maintain their home. It will give me peace of mind. Thank you John for all you have done for me!! You will not be forgotten and I know you will always be there for me whenever I may need your help. Thank You !!! You are the BEST!!

My contact with Longbridge Financial was Saher Bawany, Senior Reverse Mortgage Consultant. When we first spoke, she went over all of the pros and cons of a reverse mortgage to make sure that this financial vehicle was something that would fit our needs. She also was very thorough when explaining to us exactly how a reverse mortgage works. Throughout the process, she was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a reverse mortgage. Saher and Megan worked very efficiently together to get this loan closed in a timely manner.

Jason our loan originator was awesome. He kept us informed throughout the process. He communicated with us by answering our questions, promptly returning our phone calls and emailing us.

The professional way my needs were addressed. I was given options that met my situation. Explanations and patience making sure I understood the process. They kept in touch with me religiously. Each next step was told to me as I needed to know. I did not get overwhelmed. This process is thorough, but I never felt pressured. My calls were returned ASAP. I recommend Longbridge.

Our Senior Loan Officer Ali Tofighi went above and beyond to close our very challenging Reverse Mortgage and HELOC. There were many "moving parts" with different time zones and getting final FHA approval (with exceptions!) on our luxury condominium in Hawai'i. Ali responded to my daily emails and phone calls with kindness and patience. I simply cannot say enough about Ali's professionalism and big heart! I highly recommend Longbridge and especially Ali Tofighi!

Our loan officer, Edward (Ted) Clarke was so nice and answered all our many calls and questions.He explained the process in perfect detail.
At the end when Ted went on vacation Raj Kumar was also vey nice in helping us complete the process!

The process was very organized and professional. It took exactly 30 days from start to closing.
Cory was excellent and answered any and all questions.
Rates were comparable to the competition.

I couldn't imagine anybody doing a better job of explaining things, letting you know what to expect and where you stand than Paloma Remington. She stayed in constant contact through phone, email and text. If you had any questions you could get in touch with her and she would never fail to respond in a timely manner. She would often times proactively contact you to explain something or to prompt you to provide some needed information for closing the loan. And she provided counsel on some of my fears and anxiety I was experiencing due to the fact that this process was all uncharted territory for me and I had to deal with going through remodeling, which in itself was a huge job to deal with. As a matter of fact, I think I told her more than once if she ever decided to quit her job as a loan officer she could probably go into counseling. She is competent, efficient and caring. And I would recommend her to anybody without hesitation.

The representative answered all of my questions completely and respectfully. There was no rush. Great job! Much appreciated.

Longbridge is a solid organization, professional and dedicated to its customers. Shopping for and applying for a reverse mortgage is complicated and at times a bit daunting. Ms Sanders has been very polite and professional about this matter I’ve received Al the information I needed, thank you Ms Sanders.

Nothing but trouble with these people. They charged me $30.00 a month to check my house with a drive-by. The payoff was wrong at the end by over $700.00 and I had to wait for 2 months for the check! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! They are NOW asking for more info!!!!!!! Check my file and they would see the transactions and the check that was sent 2 months AFTER the closing and had to refund me MORE money. They DID charge me money every month to drive by. These people are not worth anyone's time!

My Mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Melissa Tofighi at Longbridge Financial, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service and support we received throughout the reverse mortgage process. My Mom is 81 and had always been interested in this type of loan since she was adamant about staying in her home for as long as possible. She initiated contact in early April 2025 with a different company who said all the right things initially to us but weren't as responsive later. She agreed to let me contact Longbridge since I had seen them at the top of the lists when searching. Perla Catalan (Concierge Service Rep) immediately reached out to my inquiry on May 4th and luckily continued to follow up. Unfortunately I hesitated because I thought it might work out with the other company (not a direct lender but a 3rd party). I truly regret waiting until May 13th for my Mom and I to speak with Melissa.
From our very first conversation, she was not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely compassionate and patient—qualities that made a complex process feel clear and manageable. She took the time to answer all my questions by email and phone calls (or even text) and walked us through every step. We were never pressured nor rushed through this process even though we got thru it and closed/funded by June 24th!
