science support

Although it first looks like only an internet forum focussed on latest research and applications in biomedical science, the site and the org behind it has a good track record of coordinating philanthropic support activities - mainly micro and mini grants to students and scientists in life extension research. The budget and major board decisions are fully transparent and accountable and published on the members section of the page. The podcast interviews and official articles are of a high scientific quality, are probing and interesting, never promotional. On the forum contributions are of very mixed quality as is the case with any open community spaces, but there are some real gems of insights in the more advanced discussions.

The Longecity community is precisely that! All the serious Biohackers hangout there discussing what they are doing and the latest performance and antiaging science, it really is one of my very best resources.
