I had a problem with my laser



I had a problem with my laser which I was unable to troubleshoot. Upon contacting Longer I had received a prompt answer with solutions for me to implement. After these suggestions failed my representative sent new parts. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating. I have been very impressed with the rapid response and service that my representative has given me. In the atmosphere in which we now live customer service is lacking in many businesses. Longer does not lack in this area. They were accommodating and respectful. They listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. There was an open and on going conversation. I would give them 5 stars easily. I would rather give them a 10 star review if it were possible.
