I wish I’d read these reports earlier. I eventually received a pair of cheap and nasty trainers, not at all worth over £40. They appear to be a British company but are supplying from China.

Shocking quality, cheap and in no way orthopaedic. Mine turned up damaged so had one round trainer and one square fronted trainer. Please do not be sucked in by the swishy website and images the real... See more

I can’t believe they are genuine the reviews on here I ordered 2 pair of London trainers and they were delivered after about 3 weeks and they do look like the ones shown on their website but the materials used to manufacture is cheap rubbish and the information on their site about support and posture is absolute rubbish

Made the mistake of buying 'orthopaedic' shoes from this company. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and they look cheap and flimsy and certainly not of professional design or production. No response from them - the only thing their page says that if the goods are damaged the customer must send them back to the factory in China at own expense.

Not fit for purpose

Bought these because of the claimed orthopaedic benefits. These shoes offer non, there is no arch support,no cushion and no heel support. Return is at your expense back to China so will not bother.
Would like to know if they have a uk office to report to Trading Standards. They should be taken off Facebook. I have left comments on FB but unsurprisingly they don’t stay on for long.

Total rubbish

When I finally received my shoes from China I realised they were totally rubbish. Very poor manufacture, finishing and I suspect they will fall apart very quickly. You can actually lift both shoes with a cocktail stick as they are so light!

Beware longoods.com is the new name of this scam company which was called lonshoes.com

worst quality at the highest price without any customer service is what you can expect from this company. You would be surprised to see that longoods have improved the scamming techniques, where return address is of Fujian, China. Products are absolutely rubbish and I have still kept this product from lonshoes to prove that how worst quality can be, which is now being sold by longoods under the name of LONDON (TM) SHOES.

Longoods.com was Lonshoes.com

Longoods.com was Lonshoes.com

I was taken in by the hype and bought orthopaedic trainers from Lonshoes.com.

Big mistake as what arrived, yes from China, was anything but orthopaedic. Overpriced tat.

If you read the Trustpilot review for Lonshoes.com you will get the picture.

If you type lonshoes.com into your browser you will divert to longoods.com.

Don't be conned, there are no UK contact addresses or company details. The only return address is the warehouse in China.

Update - Be aware of the 5-star reviews. They look fake. All are geolocated in the US!!
