Uniquely one of a kind

I recently made a purchase with Long’s jewelers. I shop around quite often and especially for jewelry. And each time I always find myself going back to Long’s jewelers to complete that unique purchase I find with them. I have to share just how happy I am with everything I’ve acquired so far, Thank you so much for making every purchase easy, for making any contact easier, and for the excellent customer service i received each time. I wanted to share with others how much I have come to value this place and how I truly enjoy the pleasure of getting my unique pieces from this family owned business. Thank you everyone at Long’s Jewelers.

A blissful customer each time. D.(Mears) Novotny 🥰👍🏼♥️

This was the best experience I have…

This was the best experience I have ever had with deciding on my next jewelry purchase. Jamie Fowler listen to what I was looking for, showed me various rings and then offered incredible insight for what stone would wear well everyday and my goal was to find a beautiful, vintage ring. Not an easy task and stayed in contact, sent me various designer rings as we narrowed down what I was looking for. Thank you Jamie for all your hard work and sincere care in making the final decision the very best ring! I will tell all my friends and my daughter who also met Jamie on one of my visits and she hopes to one day get her engagement ring with her. Thank you! Kim from Boston

I just had a great experience at Longs…

I just had a great experience at Longs in Braintree, checking out their watch collections. Their sales personnel are very professional and I had a great time with Jeff St Mark, who shared is exceptional knowledge of Rolex watches and never made me feel presured, or rushed.

Horrible experience in my teen life

my experience with this store wasn’t good at all even after my past complaint that were responded to very politely. me and my family were going out to eat at a near restaurant close to the store and even though we had some issues the first time at that store the responded to us kindly and respectful, we had some time before our reservation at our restaurant and we decided to go to the store to see if they had any rolexes in store. we went in the store talked to a very kind and polite seller named chris and told he showed us the models that were there. we saw one that we wanted so we asked if we could see it. we liked it so we started the process of buying it. the LADY that was with a customer that previously had treated us very poorly saw that we were getting the watch and got quite frustrated at that and came up to our seller and started telling him come in the office right now he said can i just finish up she said no right now put the watch back or bring it with u acting like we were gonna steal the watch in a store full of cameras and security. We didn’t take any of that personal we just found it odd, he came back out about 3-4 minutes later continued with the process of buying the watch. As we were about to buy the watch the LADY that was previously with her own customers came out of nowhere and started saying we couldn’t buy the watch because we already bought 2 in the past under my dad's name, we were respectful and said that’s fine but this time my mom want to give as a birthday gift and the watch will be her name. The lady preceded to ask very personal questions such as is her name on the card which is none of her business. then we said yes and she continued with her customers. A guy came out named Bob and was at first kind and polite but as the conversation went on he started to get hostile after he asked us what the problem was and we told him that we felt discriminated for our skin color and my parents accent. He got very defensive and started saying th
at’s not true, implying that we were liars and that we were the problem. I felt bad for my parents because we never went through any situation that would make it seem like we were getting discriminated. We kept going back and forth but he said something about our last review, because we said that we wanted the names of the people that treated us poorly. He said “so u guys can say they are terrible again” which made us seem like they knew who we were from our past time visiting the store and which is why they were treating us that bad. Because me personally i have never seen someone get so mad and hostile with you for trying to buy a 16k dollar watch. my mom left the building crying because she felt embarrassed at the situation because everyone in the store looked at us as if we were trying to steel or use a stolen credit card. we got our watch we started to walk out and bob just continued to say that they aren’t racist that racism doesn’t exist in that store. After he said that i felt like i should stand up and say something because i know he was clearly not being truthful. i said what we experienced today was a prime example of racism and he raised his tone and said there is no racism in this store boy in a loud tone which even me being 16 years old felt that was completely unacceptable for an individual that i don’t even know talk to me like that.

A moment supposed to be a happy moment, mom give me my first rolex was transformed in my horrible moment seeing who that people treat my parents, my mom cried my dad sad and me feeling guilty to have that terrible idea to go back in that store
And please no spend your precious time anwer the review with fake sorry you did once abs treat my family worse at 2nd time
