Placed an order nearly three months ago and despite multiple emails inquiring about updates, I never heard anything back. To this date, they still have not shipped my product and even fought my credit card charge back. Save yourself the hassle and PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a keyboard from LoobedSwitches in July 2024 - and it is now April of 2025 and I still haven’t received my keyboard! I’ve reached out to customer support and followed up several times - but their support team will either not respond, or respond incredibly slowly (weeks or months in between responses) before ultimately becoming non-responsive.

Searching on Reddit shows several other customers who’ve had similar issues: purchases that are never fulfilled, customer support that isn’t provided, and having to go to your bank for a charge back just to get your money back.

Do not spend your money with LoobedSwitches.

I purchased a keyboard cable in January 2024 with an expected fulfillment of 4 to 6 weeks. It's currently September and I still do not have my cable and all emails and inquiries are being ignored on thier end. When I was finally successful in getting a response they apologized and said the cable would be shipped within that week. My order is currently in USPS pre-shipment for 3 weeks and counting. I don't consider myself to be a mean person and I rarely give bad review but I work hard for my money. I gave this company alot of my hard earned money and they are not following through in thier end of the agreement.

I ordered some switches and received them faster than expected. Loobed Switches provided great service and answered any questions I had! I was very pleased with the service and would recommend!

I was looking for hand lubed switches and saw loobed switches had gateron minis (hand lubed and filmed). The shipping was fast, came within a week. The switches were majorly discounted so I did not expect much from them. Got them today and I am pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a keyboard that said it would be shipped quickly and 4 months later and still nothing. some chris guy who seems like the owner or the one running the website made lots of excuses and didnt give updates until there was huge backlash in the discord. And even after that he deflected and made excuse after excuse. will never buy from them again and would suggest anyone considering them look elsewhere

Preorders for Oak Switches have been open for well over half a year, but orders have still not been sent out.

Whenever someone requests an update on Oak Switches on the Discord, the owner (Chris) either ignores the requests or comes up with an excuse as to why there's no update. Chris has promised an update for both Oak Switches and Cotton Candy Switches will be out by February 20th or February 21st, but that update is nowhere to be seen (as of over a week later). It's not like Chris isn't replying to any Discord messages though, he replies to some messages but will straight up ignore the ones asking for an update on Oak and Cotton Candy Switches.

It seems to be discouraged by other members of the Discord to ask for an update on Oak Switches because it gets asked for quite often, but I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for an update on something you paid for half a year ago.

Something feels off about Loobedswitches and their Oak and Cotton Candy Switch preorders, they can't provide any updates for months so it makes me wonder if they're even producing them at all.

I recommend getting a chargeback if you've preordered any of these switches and to avoid Loobedswitches altogether.

I ordered a set of black inks from Loobed. They did deliver in roughly the time that was promised, but the switches were terrible. They were inconsistent, and some were really badly overlubed. They offered "freebies on my next order" as compensation, but I do not plan to order again.

EDIT: After posting this on several subreddits, I was contacted directly by Chris Malson from LoobedSwitches a few minutes ago. He offered a full refund for my troubles to which I declined but ultimately could not be cancelled from his end. Unfortunately, I still have not received a notification from Shopify about it but he did provide me with a screenshot and I'll take his word for it. Also, the tracking shows that USPS is finally in possession of the package. Unfortunately again, there is no indication that the package was shipped more than 48 hours ago when I was told that this was done. Regardless, the order is on its way.

I made a purchase on LoobedSwitches.com on March 11th. As of today, my order has not yet shipped. USPS shows the tracking status a "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item", which means that only a label has been generated. I tried contacting them through their contact form twice and have got no response.

On March 21st, I decided to join their Discord server and once I posted my complaint on the general chat channel, I was contacted by the owner Chris Malson. He told me that my order was delayed because of surgery and he assured me that my order would be shipped the next day. I believed him and wished him well.

The next day, March 22nd, USPS status still shows as "Pre-Shipment". I contacted Chris Malson again on Discord and he told me "that is weird. If there is not a tracking by tomorrow morning, I will talk to me usps bc it is in their hands at the moment".

Today, March 23rd, the order has still not shipped. Once again I contacted Chris Malson on Discord about this to which he only replied "Let me check up on that for you." and I never heard from him again.

At this point I have accepted that I was scammed by LoobedSwitches.com but wanted to post this as a cautionary tale from anyone thinking of doing business with them. Since I posted my initial complaint on their Discord general chat, I was contacted by 2 other people asking me if I had requested a chargeback from my bank, since they have not received their orders as well.

If you have also been scammed by LoobedSwitches, please issue a chargeback with your credit card company and, most importantly, report their store with Shopify. If enough affected customers do this, Shopify might take action and suspend their merchant account.

Placed an order 02/08 for some switches, a stabilizer set and some tools. Received a shipping notice on 02/14 so I expected to have the items soon afterwards. It is now a week later and the tracking number provided still shows that the package hasn't been given to USPS. After three attempts at contacting their support via email, I received a response saying that the items had already shipped at that my order could not be canceled. This was odd given that the USPS verified that the package with the tracking number provided was not scanned and their own team can't seem to locate where the package is. They've now gone radio silent and refuse to provide any updates, cancel my order for a refund, or offer to reship my order. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company since it's obvious they do not care to properly research the issue on their end to actually understand what went wrong. Instead they are content to feed you the standard "your package has shipped so just wait a few days". Well - if they actually took the time to check the tracking number they provided - they would see that they are mistaken. But I guess that is asking too much. Save your money and go with more reputable places like NovelKeys, Drop, or Divinikey.

I ordered some oil kings and some durock platemount stabs off there, the platemount stabs were a little broken due to shipping but I fixed them (not the fault of the company). The shipping took a little long to ship out (why I took a star). About 3 days late of the fulfillment time.
