Really sorry to hear you've still not received your cards. I have just issued a full refund. I see this order was shipped on 30th April, but unfortunately due to the bank holiday weekend some post took longer than usual to arrive.

Our designs are created using AI face swap technology, and before placing an order we offer unlimited previews on the website so customers can see exactly how the final design will look. Please note, the preview shown at checkout is exactly the same artwork that gets printed and dispatched.
Hairstyles can sometimes appear different depending on the original photo uploaded and how the face is blended into the chosen design, but the final printed version will always match the preview approved before ordering.

I ordered a card on 23 rd April.
Latest delivery was meant yo be 30 th April its now May 4 th and still no card and no reply from customer service either .
No card and over £6 paid appalling service.

Hi Sharon, I'm so sorry to hear your card hasn't been delivered. We're a small family business and i reply to all emails myself but i can't find anything from you as i can't see your full name here, please make sure you are emailing support@lookalikey.com.
Though a small business we do use professional printers to print and dispatch our cards which they do so incredibly efficiently and our cards are then entrusted to Royal Mail First Class or 24 Tracked. If a card hasn't been delivered i'm afraid it may have been lost in transit. If you contact me on the given email address i can have it sent again or ofcourse refund it if it is no longer needed.
