I did not love my purchase (Tom Ford $208US w:free shipping) so I took advantage of the 30 day return to only be refunded 50% ($108US) of the purchase price. I could have shipped it back at my own expense but was sent a DHL shipping label $27eu then charged $80eu additional fees that I could not authenticate.
I will never do business with or recommend this merchant. Very dissatisfied.

Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Seller
I recently purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses from LookerOnline, and within less than a year, the frame became loose and the hinge broke. I reached out to their customer service, expecting that this would be covered under Tom Ford’s 2-year warranty for manufacturer defects. Instead, they suggested the breakage was likely my fault, despite the sunglasses breaking during normal use.
When I contacted Tom Ford directly, I was shocked to learn that LookerOnline is *not* an authorized retailer, meaning the manufacturer warranty is not valid through them. This was never made clear at the time of purchase, and now I’m left with expensive, broken sunglasses and no real support from the seller.
If you're thinking about buying from LookerOnline, be aware that they are not an authorized dealer and will deny legitimate warranty claims, even when the product fails within a year. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a trusted, authorized retailer instead. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone.

I want to make it clear that I will not be intimidated into silence or retracting my review. My statements are based on direct communication I had with Tom Ford USA, where they explicitly confirmed that LookerOnline is *not* an authorized dealer of Tom Ford products.
I have since forwarded this email from Tom Ford to LookerOnline to support my claims. Any further attempts to discredit my experience or threaten me with legal action will not change the facts. I stand by my review and want other potential customers to be aware of the risks involved in purchasing from a retailer that is not recognized as authorized by the brand itself.

We have partnered directly with Marcolin, the exclusive manufacturer of Tom Ford eyewear, for decades. All our products are 100% authentic, and this can easily be verified with Marcolin.
Warranty claims are determined by the manufacturer, not the retailer, and it is standard across the industry that shipping costs are not covered by the seller for such claims.
