I've ordered a self tanning kit that was really inexpensive compared to the same products available in Canada at Sephora's. I was prepared to pay customs fees and taxes, but I was not charged this time (the total amount was 48$ CAD instead of over 100$ CAD). If you decide to buy from them, simply be aware that you might have to pay additional fees, and do the maths : is it worth it? In my case it was. The kit was well delivered, it took about a week to arrive, everything was as described, I couldn't be happier about it.

BEWARE: THIS COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and WILL CHARGE CANADIANS WITH DUTIES WITHOUT BEING INFORMED. I ordered several items from this website and they charged me customs that I was not informed about, and I live in Toronto Canada. This is ridiculous and the customer service is very bad and takes a long time, when they finally message you they are so unhelpful and they simply tell you that it is in their terms and conditions. SCAM much?

BUYER BEWARE:

If you do not live in the UK or USA you will be charged duty.

I purchased some items, on lookfantastic.ca and was not told at all that I would be charged duty and taxes.

It is a .CA website so as a consumer you believe it is a company located in Canada.

Even at checkout it doesn’t not say anywhere that you will incur additional costs.

After speaking to customer service they in essence told me I’m SOL and the information is located in the terms and conditions.

Just based on how deceitful this is I would encourage anyone to reconsider purchasing with Look Fantastic and send your business elsewhere

I bought this new cream and serum called Emepelle from lookfantastic.ca The serum is recommended for daytime and it pilled horribly to where it was impossible to wear foundation. I had to wash my face and not use the serum. They wouldn't refund my money since the serum rolls into balls and makes a mess and they asked me to send pictures and I did. They then told me to see a dermatologist and called it a "reaction"when it wasn't. Now they are requiring me to get a doctors note when this isn't a medical problem and they will then conduct an investigation. Never buy from this company!!!
