I have made an order 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened..
All I have is that postnord has sent a mail saying the order is being packed but has not been shipped..
no response.. nothing..
Bad experience. I ordered several products, some apparently not on stock, the website is not updated.
We received no information about it, when the package arrived, the receipt had a broken corner and hand written note " sold out" on the missing product. The packaging of the other products received were mishandled and boxes in really bad shape.
They refunded for the missing products, but did nothing about the condition of the other products, there was no return label.
When we wrote a complaint we got "sorry for the miscommunication".
