I thought I received the wrong t-shirt. I did not. Bernie was excellent and patient at explaining the situation to me! I buy from Look Human often and have only had to speak to customer service twice. Both times were great. I really owe Bernie a big thank you.

I was looking for a certain shirt. When I described the shirt in the google search engine, this company popped up first. I ordered the exact shirt I wanted. It got to me in record time and did not fit the way I wanted. I emailed the company. Heard right back from them. And instead of making me send the original shirt back, they sent me a new one for free in the next size I wanted to try. Super kind and helpful! Will definitely buy from them again!!!!

OMG!! My family has been proud to wear our “sugar, spice, reproductive rights” sweatshirts everywhere we go, my boyfriend included. We want to spread the message, we need to stand strong. The experience has been so positive that a co-worker asked me to get ones for his grown daughter and wife who are now wearing theirs wherever they go. Besides all of that, the sweatshirts are very high quality. Customer service has been AMAZING! What a company!!!

I was worried about the sizing of a shirt that was a gift for a friend and I was worried it was going to be a hassle to get the Large one returned and the Medium one sent over but the customer service made it so easy. They made me smile every time I read one of their emails, and this was all because I ordered a wrong size. Normally I wouldn’t be smiling at an email about trying to fix it but this email made them feel like a close friend who REALLY cared. Seriously, 10/10 customer service.

BERNIE is an amazing customer service rep! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Here's my story: I purchased several pairs of themed socks with a tight timeframe for delivery, knowing that it was going to be a long shot that they arrived in time for the team gifts event for which I needed them. I contacted customer service and Bernie replied very fast to reassure me that should my items not arrive in time that I could arrange a fill refund. And unfortunately, this did come to pass. When I next contacted Bernie I received instructions on how to very easily arrange for the refund and he even allowed me to make a partial refund as we decided to keep three pairs of the socks since we really loved the design and were impressed with the quality. Throughout all of this, I never waited any longer than a day for his clear and patient replies. I absolutely intend to search the LookHUMAN site again for my future needs.

Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was broken when delivered. I was able to work with a wonderful individual, Bernie, who assisted me with each step of the replacement process. To deal with such a pleasant and understanding person made a bad situation a very positive experience. Many thanks to Bernie. Excellent product. Great customer service.

I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with look human. This is a new company for me. I ordered something by accident. Emailed the website and Bernie are helped me immediately. They were able to stop my order from being shipped and refund me and in its place, I ordered what I wanted what I meant to get in the first place they were courteous. Their emails were prompt. I support their cause and will be letting other people know about their website. Good luck thank you Susan.

I ordered a t-shirt for Xmas on Dec 14. I paid for Priority Shipping. It still hadn't shipped, so I sent them an inquiry Dec 23, heard back Dec 27. The customer service rep said she was checking on the status - but never got back to me. It finally shipped Jan 9.

I have no idea the product quality because I had long left town by the time it arrived

I made the order on december 13th. They shipped it on december 23th. I even tried to get a refund when a week had happened since I wanted the items as christmas gifts and realised they wouldn't arrive on time. I didn't get any response from my request until they actually shipped it, ten days later. I get that its high season and delays may occur but the fact that I didn't get any info from them until it was convenient feels deceitful.

Also, sizes are smaller than they seem, I asked for XL and they feel tight on my arms. They are the usual Gildan brand that you get in Walmart and alikes, so don't expect any special quality.

But the shipping took awhile, though I know it was the holiday season! With that said. Everything was perfect!. I ordered a little of everything. I got my mugs and they were packaged in amazing bubble wrap! And my satanic vibes get to show lol. Would highly suggest to the people with a sense of humor and if you got a dirty mind this is perfect!

I ordered items a week ago (Saturday, 12/14) and paid for fast shipping, which was 5 days. They printed the label Thursday (12/19), and didn’t actually ship the item until the next day. I paid for expedited shipping. When I reached out to customer service to find out when the items would be shipped, I didn’t receive a response for several days. They waited until they printed the label so they could say they shipped it. I get it, it’s gift season, but couldn’t there be a preemptive email sent out stating there will be delays and don’t bother paying for their fast shipping?

Edit: it’s now the 28th and I still do not have my package. It’s very slowly making its way via DHL. Having an option for fast shipping is clearly a blatant lie and shouldn’t be offered on the website.

I received my items on the 31st. 2.5 weeks is “priority shipping” for this company.

Look human hasn’t shipped my sweatshirt or responded to my emails. Their phone is disconnected. I do not recommend

Horrible customer service. You can not get a response!
