Don't use them!
I ordered two kaftans in February which I never received . I asked for refund which hasn’t happened either.
I’ve had to put my request for a refund in the hands of Santander credit card who are trying to retrieve my money.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!
Ordered a dress , paid and states order confirmed. Days later still no update, all the order link says is paid, unfulfilled on the Shop app and waiting for information.
Tried contacting them , first on the info email as per the website - then get an
Auto email saying this is a no reply email please resend to service email , resent my query and no response and email returns undelivered at this time.
Absolute shambles of a company. Tried to call the number but doesn't work either.
id save yourself the hassle , do NOT use this company! SCAM company.

Do not trust this company. Never buy from them. The kaftan I ordered took weeks to arrive and was very poor quality. Have tried numerous times to contact them via their email addresses to obtain instructions to return item but never received a reply. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered 2 dresses on 31st July which have not arrived. Contact numbers are not in service, 'live chat' does not respond nor Whats app....Emailed several times asking for an update only 1 response saying (Quote) Has this not arrived? Any issues let me know and we can resend? The email address info @lookingglam.co.uk sends back a no reply message

Ordered 3 dresses which never arrived, after a month of emails saying repeatedly that they had resent the items nothing had arrived. I finally demanded a refund which took almost 30 days. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a kaftan in May, not received after two months. Asked for refund many times, no response. Awful! They get your money and you get nothing in return!

Ordered two items in June 2025 & paid for them & still waiting for them to be delivered! I have tried contacting them & they haven’t responded! BEWARE!!!!!!

My order was confirmed on July 1st 2025 I am still waiting after several emails and no response from you I have asked for a refund still no response if I could score you 0 I would also your telephone number is invalid

I ordered two Tops. Paid my money on 2nd June. I’m still waiting, and waiting. I’ve emailed more than several times and keep being told “it’s been sent, or not in stock, or it’s not available for another 10/12 days, we’ll throw in a free Kaftan etc.”. Over 15 emails, still no product. I have asked today for my money back. I doubt I’ll get that! It’s so disheartening when you find something that suits your requirements and then the Company totally disregard you, apart from taking your hard earned money. This Company can not be trusted at all. Don’t part with your money. They can’t even provide proof of Postage, which I have asked for, guess what? no response because it’s not been sent. I want my money back please!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would . I purchased 2 kaftans on 5th July 24 , one arrived 3 weeks later and they’d sent the wrong size . I immediately used the WhatsApp icon on their page to contact them and ask where the other dress was . I was told the other dress would arrive the following week . I said they’d sent the wrong size for the one I’d received and they asked for a photograph of the size which I provided .
Then nothing , no contact whatsoever , I used their chat option on the website in frustration and was again told the missing dress would arrive next week and the wrong sized dress they would look into for me . Then it all went quiet again !
In my absolute frustration I contacted PayPal and raised a dispute . This company couldn’t even be bothered to reply to PayPal so they have refunded my money today . Thank you PayPal !
I would advise anyone wanting to purchase kaftans NOT to buy from this site . I don’t know if they are even based in the uk because the one time they did reply to me was at 22.30 at night .
Please take note , I did nothing wrong but purchase 2 kaftans in all good faith and it’s taken from 5th July until today 17th August for me to be refunded by PayPal not even them .
