When I was adjusting my glasses, they broke. They sent me a new pair right away!

I have been purchasing from here for the last few years and am VERY happy with my experience and my glasses. I have found my favorites and I continue to go back for new colors. The shipping is always fast and the customer service has been exceptional. You won’t be disappointed in the quality or the service.

Love the glasses. I bought two pair for a little variety. They look great and work perfectly for my needs. (They actually work better than my prescription glasses. Using the 2x magnification as I type this on my phone…which would normally be a blur without glasses.) One of the lenses came with a small scratch, but their customer service was incredibly responsive and sent out a replacement pair as soon as they heard. It’s comforting to know there are still some companies out there that have real customer service.

i’ve worn these readers in the past, and i love the style and quality. i ordered a few new pair and needed help with my order, and the quality of custom service is as top notch as the readers i love. excited to receive a few new to me styles. :)

I like the style and can see well with my glasses from LookOptic. The service is good too.
The sun glasses would be better if they were darker.

Great glasses! Had an issue with delivery because of FedEx and or somebody stealing out of the condo package area. Immediately was sent out new order and it arrived perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing glasses!

My progressive readers are better than expected. I have been getting many compliments and the adjustment period was easy. I had to contact customer service and my problem was immediately resolved. I ordered two pairs and I will be ordering more. I can't say enough good things about Look Optic.

I have been wearing Look Optic readers for years. They are the most comfortable and durable lenses I own. The products, purchasing experience and customer service have always been excellent.
