They are scam. Loopia stole my money. I ordered domain and hosting but they did not provide anything. I paid directly by paypal. I ordered my desire domain and it was available but they informed me domain name is not available. I tried to contact them but no helpful response yet. I ask for refund but they do not gave my money back. Now, they are not replying my email. They are scam and not recommend to buy anything from them.

Loopia web site needs to be updated. It's really hard to find in it, and when I log in with Swedish bank id I can't find anything. It still say I need to login. I need to redirect my DNS but I can't find my domain name.

Absolute joke. They will take your money and then not deliver anything except for a "thank you for your order" email.

Stay away from this company. card details are saved, and renewals can be activated automatically. Renewal invoices suggest you’ll only lose the service if unpaid, which can feel reassuring, but charges may still be taken automatically. When questioned, they refer to their terms and refunds are not offered.

They are scammer.. ordered for a domain , paid.. and after 4/5 days no any respocne or not registered.. then i contacted and they told me..

that was there responce after i sent theym mail..
and today is 11 days past and there is no refund i got..
yearlear many times i paid many where and when i got refund my bank gave me refund within 24 hours maximum.. but its 11 days past i dont got any refund what they told me it was refunded.. how funny..

I had a bad experience. Was interested in buying some domains, but the communication and process were not clear at all. Felt like I missed a good opportunity because of how things were handled. Not professional in my opinion.

I have domains in about 50 other companies and it's obvious how they cheat. I've encountered this before. BEWARE.DON'T FALL PREY TO ADVERTISING 3 SE DOMAIN CHEAP + ONLINE DOMAIN FREE YOU CAN'T GET THEM.They delay the order, then the next day they send a letter asking to send ID with a selfie or just a picture to prove identity, I sent it but a new letter came where they still wanted a selfie, later a letter came saying oh your domain is already registered, pure fraud, money was taken, ID was received, information was received but nothing is received, they waste time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU STILL WANT TO GET THE DOMAIN.

Very good technical support from the chat. Fast access. I suggest using the chat and avoid queue from the phone support team.

Always good service and support. All my websites are using loopia because of the support.

Renews periods and terms of use without my consent or sign.

Sends invoices/bills with much higher price than initial deal. Renews automatically but changes the prices on their own terms without me signing that.

Very untrustworthy. Scammers I'd say.

I have purchased 5 domains .online and 5 .se domains are free. I paid the invoice in 22 December 2024 Sunday. and next day Loopia send me an email about "Your order was not successful". and they said ID verification was needed. and I verified my ID by Truid app. and then they have not give 10 domains. and they said "Refund payment" but They have not yet. so Loopia is not trustable. I didn't understand why they wouldn't give me the domains even though I paid for them.I dont understand "Why they have not given my domains .online, I dont want .se domains". I advise you "DON'T GO LOOPIA.COM". UNTRUSTABLE.
Loopia.com answered "There is nothing to do much more". YOU SHOULD KNOW "There are lots of DOMAIN SUPPLIER who sell DOMAINS simply. I purchased MORE THAN 130. No Domain Supplier made like Loopia.com.
LOOPIA.COM will make your life more difficult. and make your money waste.

Unfriendly interface. I.e. you cannot just downgrade, they ask you to terminate your account. Bad support. I.e. they did not help me recover the password. Overcharging for expired accounts. There is no to factor authentication in 2024! I am ready to spend extra money just to move to another DNS provider.

Worst host ever.
They ”upgraded” and my website stopped working. Blamed my code.
They did not even know which database version they were on before the upgrade, or the differences between the two versions.

Some 40 emails later to support they have still no clue and the website is now permanently down.

I agree with some of the reviewers (scroll down) here that most of the 5-star reviews on trustpilot must be fake reviews by themselves.

Stay away.

You are wasting your time if you register a domain or hosting here. no refund, very slow process. what they say in the five stars below me looks like they are reviewers who are paid by Loopia.

So the conclusion is that Loopia is a scam
