Rachele our product manager has been so helpful throughout the entire process. From picking the merchandise to the design process, everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Looper has great quality options for any of your merchandising needs. They are very patient when it came to design and made sure we approved and was happy with our design. Shipment of the products was also on time and they are very transparent when it comes to estimations of the shipping which was very important to my company. Highly recommend Loopper and working with Rachele for any of your merchandising needs as well as the whole customer service team even after we had received the products!

They were fast and worked with us to push the deadline. They did everything they could to stretch the timeline without putting us into rush fees/production. Areas of improvement:
1) the final product did not look exactly like our proof. The logo ended up being smaller than what the proof showed.
2) consolidate production updates into a single email. Receiving separate emails for each item in my order made it confusing and overwhelming.
3) The color of the sunglasses was way brighter than what the proof showed. Perhaps it would be better if Loopper can provide Pantone or PMS color code for their products.

Other than those things, we got our products on time and everyone was really happy with the swag.

Our company made branded thermo mugs for an event with Loopper, black & steel and we engraved the logo in metal. We placed them as give-aways and Christmas gift (all in one) at the closing of the event.
