Communication was on point, the products are great ! Only downside was a later delivery than expected but we are satisfied nonetheless.

Disaster
They did not send our files to the factory even though they promised us many times they would meet our deadline! These people are not serious, pretending to do customer service when in reality they do not follow up on projects or deadlines. Do not rely on these printers

FUIR ABSOLUMENT - J’ai commandé 200 éventails en bambou pour le mariage de ma fille et jai reçu 200 éventails en plastique avec un manche énorme, ne correspondant pas à la photo sur leur site pour “éventail en bambou “. Je me suis plainte auprès de la direction pour tromperie sur la marchandise. Ils m’ont soutenu que c’était conforme et ont refusé de me rembourser. / I have ordered 200 fans in bambou for my daughter ‘s wedding and I have received 200 fans in plastic with a huge handle which does not correspond to the picture they have on the website. When I complained for deception on merchandise , they said against evidence that fans were conform and refused to refund me.
