I have been looking for Art Deco accessories to complete my room decoration. My chosen metal is chrome and Loops Direct had the perfect Art Deco chrome door handles. Communication was timely and they arrived earlier than stated. The package was well wrapped and the fitting instructions very clear. Very happy with the new look.

They had exactly what I needed. Good quality product and quick delivery.

I ordered x2 under cabinet led lights which arrived promptly and securely packedged. They were so easy to install and look fabulous. Great Product and good value too, well happy.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Loop Direct. I needed to replace my old door handles and wanted to place an order for pair of victorian scroll handles on a back plate to a specific measurement and Katie and Emma were both so helpful in ensuring I had all the necessary fittings I needed without the need to over order parts. They provided a link to make the ordering and delivery process as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this company to people and will be using them again.

Ordered on a couple of different occasions over the past month. Items arrived in good time and as described. Loops Direct also had video instructions available on the product page of the items I'd ordered, so was easy to follow and get my sound equipment set up. Dealt with Dom and Katie by email for different requests/alterations I wanted to make to the orders after I'd placed them online. They were both very helpful and dealt with my requests quickly and easily. Will use Loops Direct again.

I ordered a selection of electrical items directly, all arrived a few days later, really nice quality products. Have also ordered via BnQ, no issues at all.

It was initially a surprise having to order via a third party supplier when initially looking to buy from B&Q. Obviously B&Q are now a merchant front for companies wanting to sell direct to the public - but it all went well - product was a little dearer than expected but I suppose this takes in the postage and packaging. All round - very satisfied.

I only have the experience of one item which when ordered should have arrived 2 days later, which had still not arrived several days later. Tracking only showed it had not been passed on to the Evri delivery.
However, Katie at customer services was great. For some reason it had to be reordered? which she did and I did receive it 2 days later.
I am suspect the delivery arm rather than the company.

Ordered item, arrived quickly but not quite the colour that matched the rest , got in touch with customer service to send back, Katie was so helpful , really quick response via email , every message i sent for reassurance was dealt with right away, Thank You Katie

Ordered an item delivered promptly but unfortunately didn't fit my cabinet. Asked for a refund and had no problems returning the item and having money returned to my account. Very happy with the service.

Received a damaged item that was done in transit, got in touch with the company and they were fantastic. Sent a replacement item straight away. Brilliant communication throughout too.
