It's my first time using this platform and its absolutely brilliant. The help desk customer service is very helpful, fast, and with great attitude. The self serving was offering wonderful top up experience, although is a little bit lagging when doing so, but overall acceptable. Last but not least, the service has in-built system that check you have top up with the package you purchase in game, so whenever you accidently quite or whatsoever, it would still be able to refund the balance back to your account. Great Job!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They detected that my account uses third-party websites and now I can't make purchases. On top of that, they charge a fee to withdraw money from this app. Be careful and don't let it happen to you like it did to me. The only thing they offer is a 5% discount. LOL

I play Genshin and it’s not cheaper than going through the game in most cases. Even if it is cheaper it is a couple of dollars. May as well have the security of going through the game at a close price.
