dont deposit skins, just trust me . Bad experience

scam site , they should get sued for stealing digital assets.
once you drop any skin into their inventory its gone forever

They lost $10k of my inventory since more than 2 months and I cant get it back or have a fair refund.

brutal system designed to never let you win. has an "automatic" system that supposedly rewards you for long, safe use that lets you eventually use nice skins, but it's a scam that you can never actually win. The system has a percentage bar that slowly goes to 100% but stayed at 98% for 9 months until I canceled my subscription. Awful support too, withdrawing barely (or often doesn't) work.

Withdrawing my skins was a pure nightmare, would never use again🤦‍♂️

Lootbear in the early days worked like a charm, however in 2024 the site is just completely broken. Their main purpose is renting skins which doesnt work at all anymore, leaving the site as a pure "buying skins" site, which compared to other vendors is just not worth it in terms of the skin prices. Not sure if they're fixing any of the issues as its been quite some time now. If you're looking to buy skins, there are much cheaper and reputable sites out there.

Nothing works. Every function is broken in some type of way. Whenever you think your problems have been resolved, there's new issues with something else.

They have chat support, but they won't help you. When they finally bother to respond, which typically takes a few days, they can't do anything to resolve whatever issues you are facing. "Please wait a few days and try again" is the most common answer.

Very good and reliable

I had used lootbear in the past, like 3/4 years ago, and all went fine for almost a year. But now it's looking bad; I depo some skins worth $500, and I can't withdraw a single one for over a month already. They are always saying they are trying to fix it, but nothing. Funny fact: one of the skins was rented, and when I try to withdraw it, it says it's not on the bot inventory, and now they are asking for the history of the deposit. How should I know where the skin went? If they are doing the same thing to more people, imagine how many skins they have "locked." Still locked 15/06/2024

Horrible service! The way they earn money is by not letting you trade your rented items back until you pay for a subscribtion. They also take loooong time to answer when you ask them something. I repeat, do NOT use this service.

Carefull after the latest Update I am not able to get my skins out and the support couldn't fix it and they said they are still working on it.

I would not deposit anything further.

As a renter I get 40K$ of inventory on the site. I tried to get some of them back to refund my money but It does not work. Support don't do anything since more than 1 week.

Is this site a big scam ?

Stripe service is still working or is totally abandoned. It can't even charge debit cards anymore, I have tried with a US card and it keeps charging the payment infinitely.

customer service took too long to reply to messages and didn't help solve the problem at all, my problem has been 1 month and can't be solved, my items are stuck there and can't be taken back until now!

Probably the slowest customer service ever, like if you come across a problem, you maybe get help within week.

When it works, it works fine. The cap of 400 dollars and the insanely overpriced skins compared to a skinmarket price sucks though. You would have to pay forever just to get a decent 1000 buck skin. The verification process is also one of the WORST i have ever EVER seen. Not only do other sites take 5 to 10 minutes max WITH VIDEO CALLS, this site takes a casual 2 to 3 days on a manual verification.

The subscription price is abysmal, but the service is pretty good. All in all average, sadly.

After renting skins for free for a week, u can’t return the skins and they don’t reply so u get forced to pay 24.99
