This casino is an outrage, they are breaching every responsible gaming regulation set by the UKGC. I joined 24 hours ago, since then I have deposited all of my mo the salary. Not once have I been contacted by them regarding affordability or responsible gambling. I attempted to withdraw £800 however couldn’t as they asked for documents, the money was just left in my player account for me to Easter away. Their email response says it will take 2-3 days. This is a clear breach of their licensing terms. I will be making a formal complaint asking for a refund on all deposits. I have also wrote to the Government Minister responsible for the regulation of online gambling, the UKGC and a number of media outlets highlighting how some operators are openly breaching their licensing requirements and social responsibility. The company are a disgrace and I will be submitting a claim in the small

This is the worse site you can ever go on I've been robbed for 763 all I wanted to do is withdraw my money.. then I came on here and checked the reviews and it has literally broken I am reporting this site and make sure they get caught they have now got my documents which they can use for further scam

If I could give -5 for customer service I would.
The verification process is like no other. I currently have £500 in my account trying to withdraw. After sending docs to cover six or seven different proofs that are required by them (no other casino ever asks for this many) I keep getting an email back telling my docs have been rejected and to resend. If I have problem to contact their super friendly customer service team. But only by email (of course) of which they never reply anyway. There is no live chat there is no contact number. I am pulling my hair out wondering what I can do next. It's absolutely disgusting. They clearly delay so that I go back and spend the cash but, I will not be doing that I will be patient and make sure I eventually get the money I have won. But please anybody avoid at all costs. They are quick to accept your money but clearly don't want to part with the cash when you win. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE
After one week of multiple emails from me sent to the "friendly customer support team" asking for help. Asking them why they keep rejecting my documents of proof. Not once did I or have I received a reply to any any single one of my emails. Just an daily email confirming specific documents had been rejected (again and again) and would refer me back to the app to follow the document rules. Which I have done so many times they have more info. on me than any other casino. At least six different proofs. And thwen just yesterday my withdrawal that I was hoping for was put back into my Loot casino account rather than paid out to my Paypal account. At this point I had enough of the BS scam Company. They know what they were doing. So of course I ended playing on Loot with the money and losing every penny. Absolute worst casino ever. LEAVE WELL ALONE.

I would actually give it a zero star. Very poorly layed out. No customer service live chat facilities. First 3 deposits given a bonus of up to 200% but have a 65x wagering requirements. Can only seem to make withdrawals from your laptop/desktop as no facility available on your mobile, although the playability on your mobile (mine at least) is unplayable. They do offer you regular bonuses based on how much you play, but these are basically nothing. For example I have deposited approximately £200 and after so many plays they give me a free spin on their bonus wheel where you can win up to 5000 free spins, where I have won no more than 10 free spins at 10p each on some ridiculous slots game which has given no more than £3 of a win. Anyway the verification process is arduous and they don't ask for that until you have deposited your funds so you can't get them back until the verification process is complete and only knows how long that will take.
