Pocket pop Anhänger Donald Duck Kingdom…

Pocket pop Anhänger Donald Duck Kingdom Hearts bestellt, Ware sollte innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen da sein, statt am Dienstag kam das Paket am Freitag,- kann man aber noch verschmerzen.
Die Bestellbestätigung sowie Versandbestätigung kommt dann von einem " Herr Marc Rose " ,noreplay...jimdo.com, Bestellung in einzelnen Buchstaben senkrecht untereinander aufgeführt, sehr skurril!
Falscher Anhänger geliefert,- es kam Dagobert Duck DuckTales und nicht der DonaldDuck Anhänger, ärgerlich!
Via Paypal versucht,Email an Verkäufer zu schicken, zwecks Rücksendung/ Rückerstattung,- war nicht möglich,automatische Antwort Mail kam zurück, Verkäufer nicht erreichbar.
Nochmal via Webseite angeschrieben, mit bitte um Retoureaufkleber, muss dann laut Webseite selbst ausgedruckt werden.
Bis jetzt lediglich wieder eine automatische Antwortmail, man prüfe die Anfrage, es könne einige Tage dauern.
Ich werde dort künftig nicht mehr bestellen, - alles ein bisschen undurchsichtig und wirkt unseriös auf mich!
