ABSOLUT unseriös. NICHT bestellen!
1. Ware kommt aus China und sie zurückzusenden ist so umständlich (Zoll, Dauer, Gebühren), daß Loovincy anbietet, dass man die Ware statt dessen für 2/3 des Preises behält. Das steht alles in dem Kleinstgedruckten der AGBs.
2. Die Ware selbst ist Schrott, billigstes Material
3. Von einer Bestellung (3 Teile), kam zunächst 1 Teil an, dann Wochen danach das zweite. Beim dritten habe ich noch VOR Erhalt der Ware von meinem gesetztlichen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und die Annahme der Ware verweigert. Für diesen dritten Teil habe ich nie mein Geld zurück bekommen und den Anwalt eingeschaltet. Die 4. Kommunikation mit Loovincy ist UNTERIRDISCH. Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Jeder Sachbearbeiter frägt 5x dasselbe, bis es wieder von vorne losgeht. Weder Deutsch noch Englisch ist verständlich. Wirklich unglaublich!
Bitte bitte tun Sie sich den Gefallen und ersparen sich den Stress. Die Ware ist es nicht wert!

Criminal. Miserable quality of the goods. No returns. No money back!

ABSOLUTELY dubious. Do not place an order!
1. Goods come from China and returning them is so cumbersome (customs, duration, fees) that Loovincy offers to keep the goods for 2/3 of the price instead. All of this is in the small print of the terms and conditions.
2. The goods themselves are scrap, cheapest material
3. From an order (3 parts), 1 part arrived first, then the second one weeks later. In the third, I exercised my statutory right of withdrawal BEFORE receiving the goods and refused to accept the goods. I never got my money back for this third part and turned on the lawyer. The 4th communication with Loovincy is worse than anything i have experienced so far. Unbelievalbe. Each 'support manager' asks 5x the same thing until it starts all over again. Neither German nor English is understandable. Truly unbelievable!
Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress. The goods are not worth it!

i couldn't get detailed information... i received only one item after 40 days... some items are stock out but they got the online purchase order... and they only say "please be a little patient..."

I warn you against buying anything from this company. Photos posted on their site are stolen from the internet and do not show the clothing they sell. On this page there are photos of a sweater made by myself made in Poland and stolen from my blog. swetrydoroty.blogspot.com

I am currently living in Germany so have the added issue of dealing with a Chinese company that insists on sending bad German translations of Chinese instructions, even though I’ve asked them to communicate in English.
Their site show photos of clothes which bear no resemblance to what you receive in the mail. The fabrics, cut and colours are not the same as the photos.
Then they offer you a percentage of the price you paid as a refund.
I Insisted on the refund but when I went to mail it back to them, the return Postage cost more than the item! So I gave up. Which is what they want. The moral of the story? If it looks too good to be true —- IT IS!

Notice how, in their reply, Loovincy doesn’t make any attempt to fix the problem?

I ordered four items. 3 came and indeed the quality is really crap. I am still waiting for the 4th one, although it has been more than a month. The item is not in their storage apparently. I told them that I don’t need it anymore and sent the same email 3 times. Noone is answering me. I will never ever buy anything from there anymore. The pictures on the website are very attractive, but what you get really has got nothing to do with those

Ware entspricht gar nicht den Abbildungen. Umtausch wird nicht gestattet, da zu spät reklamiert, was nicht stimmt. Es soll wenn, dann nach Asien zurückgesendet werde. Das alles stand nicht in den Geschäftsbedingungen. Ich fühle mich betrogen.

Clothes are not alike the pictures in catalogue. No returned alowed since not written within the 2 weeks term, which is not true. If thing s would be returned it would be to Asia, which is not what is promised with their offer. I feel cheeted.

This is is a fake Chinese dealer which sells very low quality items manufactured by different manufacturers in various locations. Hence, even though you think that you are buying from a single manufacturer, your items do not even have a single brand/manufacturer information on them.
The information about items (material composition, pictures, etc...) are far from being accurate. Cotton items contain large amounts of polyester and colors do not match. The pictures in the website are quite appealing of course.
When/ if you want to return the items, you are offered %30 of your money back instantly. Because they are already making much more than this amount since they are selling 5 Euros worth poor quality cloth for 30 Euros. Or you have to send the items to a weird address in China which contains multiple street names and numbers. Most probably your package will be lost like ours and this bubble company will decline your right for refund.
This is the worst company looking dealer that we have shopped from so far. If we had read the reviews, we would have never bought anything from this fake company.
Just keep away for your sake.

I have not received my order. I’m glad that I only ordered one item but it cost€ 33,-. The money was booked from my credit card right away. Unfortunately I didn’t get information on this company before I
ordered.
Please warn everyone you know to avoid Loovincy. I see that I‘m

Never again. Loovincy refuses to refund money for an item which arrived broken. Customer service unacceptable.

I ordered 3 items, 2 of which arrived after weeks of waiting. I now want to return 1 item. To accomplish that seems be incredibly difficult. There are different e-mail addresses so communication is made incredibly difficult.The last message I received came via iCloud. After some detective work I asked for the label to send it back, I discovered that the address is in China, so I have to pay for transport and customs ...!!!! They offered to refund 15% of the value if the item was not returned - totally unacceptable!!
They informed me that the missing item will be supplied sometime in the future due to the huge number of orders !!!
I sent my complaint to them via PayPal.
All the items have already been paid for !!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE DON’T TRUST THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered some blouses on line, which were not fitting at all: although I measured correctly accordingly their suggestions! it seems that some blouses were too big and others too small.
Returning of course – they didn’t want to send me a label but were pushing me I needed to resend it within the deadline. In the email exchange they were always ignoring my questions “how” to return and my request for the label.
So, I returned it to sender (the only address I found), which costed me 48€. Once they knew I’d resent the package they sent me the label – label was of course mentioning another address in China. They didn’t take any initiative to look for the package although they knew where their package was.
They wanted to refund me 10%. After a long debate they refunded me 30%.
So it turned out a loss of for me of 90€ + 48€ = 138€ in total and 36 mails which consumed my time

Misleading!! Fake images!!!
Prices seemed to good to be true, but I wanted to try once (but never again)
Company uses images of clothing but clothing doesn't meet expectations at all. They are replica's manufactured with cheap materials such as polyesther, while cotton linen was promised. Sizes don't meet sizetable and model of the clothing different from the pictures. Don't fall for it!!
