When we received the watch as a claim, our claims department determined that the fault was due to a faulty charging cable. To resolve the issue, we enclosed a new cable as we interpreted that you wanted it repaired and sent back.
However, it became clear to us today when we received your email that you wanted to return the watch.
After we understood that the watch simply had to be returned, we immediately took action. It has of course been no problem to take the watch back and refund your money, and this has already been done. We are very sorry that the process was not smoother from the start and we appreciate your patience.

Ordered a pair of Sauzony running shoes. When they finally arrived it turned out that the shoes had been used and they were completely muddy?? The box was also full of sand. How can they send such a product to a customer?
The return process took a long time and was complicated. Finally, the store agreed to accept the shoes in return for sending new ones.
After hearing nothing for a while, I emailed the store and asked if they had shipped the new shoes. Then I got the answer that they were out of stock, but that I could get some other shoes. Now I'm trying to get the money back, expect it to take a long time. Stay away from this store if you don't want to be scammed!
