Getting worried now, ordered an air-conditioning unit from this site as everywhere is sold out and I desperately need one this was a day ago but after now seeing everyone’s reviews on here I’m now debating having to go to my bank tomorrow to get a bank charge back. Please do not order from these people or be fooled like all of us have been.

Wankerz .. need an air con unit today or at least this week . Realise it’s coming from China and not even on its way yet after a week! What’s the point of this company.

Scam site… ordered an air con machine no response from the company/ item still says processing when I brought it says ago! Now fighting to get my money back!

ITS SHUT MY BANK DOWN TRYING TO BUY A AIRCON FROM THERE WEBSITE. HAD TO SPEND 3 HOURS CHANGING CARD AND DIRECT DEBITS.

Scam, please don’t believe that the aircon units they are selling even exist, never mind that they would be sending out items!!! Reported to gov.uk and NCSC

Good discounts and the free shipping is a plus.

I placed an order on 2nd July which was supposed to ship on 3rd July, now it’s 7th July and the item has still not shipped.

I was sent 2 different tracking numbers for the same item, one states the order was deleted which they have failed to answer why 2 numbers.

They are still advertising on Google selling the same items and promising a next day dispatch but not sending anything, I believe this is a unscrupulous trader and should be avoided.

This is a scam.

Website claimed easy returns and company address in Hetherlands so I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid over 100 pounds. The shoes came in 3 weeks, quality was really poore so I contacted the company for return. They tried some discounts and then they gave me a return address in China. I paid over 30 pounds in postage and now the shoes have been stuck for almost a month in the chinese customs office. The company claims to return the money when they receive the return and inspect it. Lesson learnt.

Can't believe there aren't more negative reviews here. The website says they're based in Netherlands (my bank statement shows the money went to a company/account based in the North West of England, UK). Their return/refund policy looks fine. The pictures of their clothes are amazing. It took over 2 weeks for the clothes to arrive. In reality the quality is terrible. I attempted a return and was offered 15% refund OR 25% store credit. I disputed that and they countered with 20% refund OR 35% credit. There's no way I'm buying from them again so I'm still pushing for a bigger refund and going through my card issuer to see if they can help. Awful, awful company.

Clothing is nothing like the pictures and when I asked for a refund they bartered with me for store credit of different percentages and would not give me a refund.
I had to go to my bank and explain the situation and as soon the Bank got in touch with them they sent me a full refund.

I wore these shoes for a full day and was impressed. comfortable fit, and easy to match with any outfits.

The top on the site looked to be embroidered cotton and was described as embroidered. The top that arrived was extremely low quality polyester with the pattern printed on and no obvious way to return. Once ordered I could see the item was being delivered from China. Seems to be a drop shipping company. Avoid.

The shirt fit nicely and the fabric felt soft.

The knit sweater just arrived and it's incredibly cozy. The fit is perfect and the quality is way better than I expected for the price.

Bought a ladies suit. Quality was awful, the material was very poor and smelt. The jacket buttons were misaligned and so the jacket was uneven. When I went to return the item they offered a small percentage refund if I kept the item. After many e mails they finally gave me the return address in China. It would have cost half as much as the item to return.
Then spoke to my bank to arrange a charge back refund who confirmed that an unauthorised reoccurring subscription had been set up on my account!

Really happy with how everything turned out. The clothes feel good quality fit nicely and delivery was good.

I recently ordered a dress and was happy with it. The fabric feels soft, the fit is comfortable, and it looks very stylish
