Very good people On pick up and on return very low cost ,the best!!! I keeps the car for 35 days very friendly and helpfull would rent a car a I go to Italy

Loran car hire at bari airport didn’t help us on Tuesday 16th sept 2025 as we booked through DOYOUITALY & paid upfront for an 8 seater car and we were told by Loran rep that ‘an Irish drivers licence is not recognised & quoted the Vienna convention’.. we can not get a refund from DoYouItaly todate.. we do not recommend Loran car hire at Bari Airport. Very poor knowledge & customer service

Three months after the rental period they charged €20 from my Visa card without any explanation. I have sent several emails, but have not received any response. I find it outrageous that they just use a customer's Visa card after the rental period has long expired.

I liked the price ,they were very friendly at the pick up ,they give me for rental a Diesel car kinda new car with 30000 miles on it I keep it for 25 days thank to god I took all pictures around the car because the lady who was checking the car on the return day she was kind unfriendly because I told her that I have proof of all scratches that were there on the pick up day she was checking all minor scratches especially on the rims ,it looks like they aren’t billing me so far for anything, I would rent again but just make sure you fill up the gas tank and get a receipt and please take all pictures possible

Reserved car and paid in full via Douyouitaly. Did NOT receive a car from Loran in Brindisi. Had to pay twice through competitor. 1 month later we still haven't received our money back.
Auto riservata e pagata per intero tramite Douyouitaly. NON ho ricevuto un'auto da Loran a Brindisi. Abbiamo dovuto pagare due volte tramite un concorrente. 1 mese dopo non abbiamo ancora ricevuto indietro i nostri soldi.

SCAM COMPANY. They offer cheap rentals but then scam customers by saying they returned the car less full than picked up. I have evidence to prove this not the case but they are ignoring all my correspondence.

I would give no star rating at all to this awful rip off company. Not only they stitched me up with 50 euro surcharge because I arrived at the check in desk 8 minutes past 23.00 but they also claimed that I had incurred some scratches on the plastic trim of two wheels, so another 100 euro for that. Should have taken some pictures, but as we got there late and the car was in a very dark place I didn't. RIP OFF MERCHANTS OF THE WORSE KIND. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY>>>>>

Make sure you take pictures of the whole car in daylight. They charged me €250 extra for some tiny scratch. In the end, I paid double the cost, rip off!

Do not use this company, they are a bunch of thieves!!!
they charged my credit card for a fine that was paid for and they were shown the proof on several occations.
They seem to have very small wording on the contract so that your credit company cannot reverse the payment. The parking fine was paid 3months prior, and the bank transfer and the payment refference was emailed to them on several occations. This did not seem to be good enough. They are real con merchants.

Please dont use these people. We hired a car from them for €340 and they took a deposit of €800. We looked after the car and returned with no damage. After searching the car for 20 minutes on return they managed to find a tiny scratch on the windscreen. They charged our credit card €780 for this (As close to the deposit as they could get) without even notifying us. They might be cheap, but you'll pay for it in the end. I'm disgusted

Location: Brindisi. Friendly staff, smart pick up and drop off. We booked by a broker but they didn't seem disappointed at all. There was no extra charge (except you need some other features such as second driver or so). We asked if we could delay our drop off and they answered: "no problem, come when you want". The credit card deposit was given back in three days.Highly recommended

Booked a car at brindisi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped with concerns to see nothing was left unclear. Good car, smooth pick up and drop off. No complaints, would recommend.

A massive thank you to the very pleasant and helpful lady in the Loran Italia / ACA Rent office for staying extra late to be there to meet us when our flight was delayed!

The car was nearly new and in good condition, there was no hard sell in the office, this rental could not really be faulted.

car was quite old with >60k kilometers but clean and ok. The staff at Bari Airport was very friendly. Drop off with no surprise. Nothing to complain.

The worst experience ever! The staff was absolutely unfriendly and didn't even try to find a solution for our expired reservation due to the flight delay. ALL RESERVATIONS EXPIRE AFTER 59 MINUTES!!!! (written very small on the second page of all the contract staff). We didn't get a car at all!!!!! Even the car was still available, she didn't´t give it to us without the valid reservation. We could not make a new reservation, not even to a higher price. We needed to find another solution with another car rental offerer. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Booked through VIP cars and knew little about Loran.
The service we received at Brindisi airport was excellent. The transaction was very smooth with no attempt to 'hard sell' extras .
Pick-up and return was quick and straightforward.
The car only had 20k on the clock and was very clean, ideal size for touring around salento.
Highly recommend - I wish Loran were also in other parts of Italy so we could use them for other trips.
