Cyrus and his brother Just finished our gardening project. Removing old slabs and replacing with new ones. We also purchased a pergola, which they installed for us. Working with the guys was an absolute pleasure and whole experience was pain free. They started a couple of days before they had promised and finished as planned. They were professional, tidy and reliable throughout the whole duration. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Well done guys, very happy with the end result.

Extend and replace kitchen by Robert / W4 builders. W4 builders managed architects, window suppliers, plumbers, electricians, tilers and builders to complete the job. The Lorbuild teams were punctual, friendly, hard working and trust worthy. Additionally they were flexible, communicative, collaborative, creative and finished the project to a very high standard. They made the process easy and smooth. We have recommended them to friends and family and will be asking them to complete our bathroom upgrades soon

Radiator replacements done efficiently, helped us pick specs and kept us informed on timing etc. Also had a sink leak and he popped around again quickly and fixed it. Clean and very personable. Would recommend

Lorbuild did a fantastic job on our loft conversion (new master bedroom, en suite and study), that added lots of extra space to our house! There was a steady drum-beat of work and Paul did an excellent job of communicating both with me as the customer and with the crew, making sure that deliveries and specialists were onsite when needed. A loft conversion is a big project, but despite this there were no hidden surprises, the crew provided regular status updates and flagged well in advance when we needed to make a decision about specifics (e.g. bathroom layout, location of windows, render colour). Would gladly recommend Lorbuild

The loft conversion that Lorbuild ltd has done for me was a well I reviewed was a well-executed project that effectively maximized the available space. The design was visually appealing and seamlessly blended with the existing style of the house. Ample natural light and ventilation were incorporated, enhancing the overall comfort of the space. The quality craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident throughout, ensuring durability and longevity.

We are really happy with the loft conversion that Lorbuild have undertaken for us. They provided helpful/practical advice during the design phase (including on how to accommodate the new stairs to the loft without eating into our existing third bedroom/nursery) and have created a lovely, bright new master bedroom with en-suite. We were also particularly impressed that the build was completed on time (as we were expecting our second child so this was particularly important to us). Thanks to Lorbuild team.
