I work at a computer a lot. My day job is in IT so I'm at a computer, and I do freelance writing at night. So on a typical day I'm hunched over a keyboard for 10-12 hours easily. Sometimes more. My neck, shoulders, and back would often get very painful and I believe that this is the cause.

I ordered this product hoping that it would help improve my posture. It works better than expected. Rather than only forcing your shoulders back with the straps, it actually 'trains' you to sit with your shoulders the way they should be. I wear this thing for around 2-3 hours per day and can really feel the difference. I can tell my posture is better both when I'm wearing it and when I'm not.

The one complaint is that it really isn't 'one size fits all' I am 6'4'' and somewhat overweight (not huge, but I would like to lose some). I can get this on and strapped in, but it isn't always easy. It comes with 'extension' straps to fit larger people and even with that it can be a struggle. If you are bigger than me, you may not be able to get this to work. I wish the straps were about 6 inches longer on each side. Even despite that, however, I'm giving this a five stars because it exceeded my expectations in every other way.

This is a great product and is very comfortable, has been working well for me.
