Nothing is ever in stock.
Ordered on 17th March- 2 items.
Then received an email saying it was delayed- until a date in the past.
Then it transpired that they hadn’t updated the stock expected date on the website.
Asked to cancel. Part of my order was cancelled, but not the other part which I still haven’t received. I’m £27 out of pocket. Unable to get any response. Rather ominously, their phone number no longer works, and nor does their live chat. DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY! Very very poor indeed. Avoid.

Excellent Dog crate.
My Springer loves it, using for travel in vehicle.
Very sturdy, metal base is much better than plastic and aesthetically, the colour is lovely, silvery grey.
Really good price for the quality and arrived within 3 days.

I bought a large plush dog bed and previously a wooden puppy pen to match a Lords & Labradors puppy gate we were given as a gift. All are super quality. Delivery was quick.

As long as you dont wish to have your order personalised, delivery is prompt (ordered 6th May and delivered on 9th May).
Unlike my 2 personalised blankets ordered on 15th April and 8th May? Still waiting!

Beautiful bed! This is my 8 years old whippet’s 1st bed- she preferred sofas and our bed🫣 She absolutely loves it, sleeps in it all day long and at night, which is new to us, but also proves that the bed is an excellent quality and of great comfort to my dog☺️ Thank you

They sent the wrong item, and it arrived damaged. Several days later, I am still being ignored by its non-existent customer service.

The puppy and cat toys are great, the puppy loves them. And the courier who delivered the pets toys is very polite and good.

The crate , cushion and crate cover are good quality and a lovely colour , my dog loves them. The order was delivered with no issues.

Plenty of pet products to choose from. I ordered new puppy toyS! Our little puppa loves them all, I think her favourite is the crinkly crocodile. Ordering was simple and the delivery was fairly quick. I would happily order from you again.

Awful experience all round.

I bought a cat tree at no small fee. They sent the wrong item, and the box and the item itself was damanged. L&L quickly responded to my message via Whatsapp asking me to send pictures, but they have no dropped off the face of the earth.

I went to the website to start a return, and there is a charge on the return, but policy also states that damaged items won't be refunded. I can foresee the L&L trying to shaft me for its mistake.

I wish I'd read the 1* TrustPilot reviews before ordering because all these horror stories about poor delivery, poor product quality, and extremely poor customer service now make complete sense to me.
