SCAM — TOTAL SCAMMERS!
Whatever they show on their page is completely misleading. They send you a £10-worth watch that looks like a toy, just so it appears that you received something. This makes it much more complicated to dispute the payment with your credit card company.
Do not buy anything from them. Stay away!
Having seen an impressive advertisement on Facebook, I ordered two watches from Pagani Design, PD1701 & PD1819 models.
After a protractive delivery following concerned emails, the parcel finally arrived in cheap plastic satchels. In it were 2 identical Lige watches and NOT the Pagani Design watches I ordered. Following research, I discovered that the these cheap Lige can be purchased through Amazon for around £16.
Following further research, I have finally realised that I have been the subject of a scam. I am left extremely frustrated, angry and feeling foolish that I was taken in so easily.
I write to warn prospective purchasers to do extensive research before ordering as there appear to be multiple Pagani Design sites, one obviously genuine, but this one is NOT. I have had extensive emails from the 'company' I made the purchase from in an effort to obtain a refund, but receive unsigned patronising replies. I am progressing my grievance through legal channels and will hopefully resolve the matter. I have also written to what I assume is the genuine Pagani on 3 occasions but have still to illicit any response or establish if they intent to prosecute or take action against the scammers.
I have lost faith in purchasing anything off Facebook and cannot believe such unethical people succeed in this way.
All I can do is relate my experience and warn you to BE VIGILENT. Do You have been warned.
