Ordering was simple and delivery was quick! The jewelry itself is very eye catching and weathers my gym sessions and the shower!

I was invited to participate in a collaboration on September 26, 2025, where I was offered products in exchange for only paying the shipping cost. I paid for the shipping that same day, and I was informed that the order would take a maximum of 20 days to arrive. Today, November 14, 2025 (almost two months later), the order still has not arrived. I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions: I wrote to them via Instagram direct message (where they responded once saying they would check, but never wrote back), and I also sent them an email without receiving any response. I have lost my shipping money and have received neither the products, nor an explanation, nor a refund for the money paid. The complete lack of communication and follow-up after the payment was made is unacceptable and very disappointing. I demand an immediate solution: either the shipment of the products or a full refund of my money.
