We shouldnt be forced to give 1 star. Despite their 30 day return gaurantee on their website they try all sorts of delay tactics. Eventually I was offered 20% of the price I paid and to keep the item I bought because it would cost too much to return to China. What must I do with a jacket that is too small for me? I took the offer as I realised there isnt a better alternative.
