UNRELIABLE COMPANY

Do not order from this company! I ordered an extending Cabin bag from this site back in December 2023. I did not receive it. I sent several emails about my order and was told they would send it again. I live in N Ireland and my item was delivered to an address in Glasgow, Scotland. I sent further emails and was told they would send it again. I still have nothing! I then asked for a refund to which they said they did not do refunds! They are useless. I sent my last email to them on 5th June this year! 😡😡

I bought a Gold and Silver Safekeeper standing Mirrored Jewelry Cabinet that has 20 year warranty against tarnishing. I am having trouble getting Lori Greiner to honor the warranty.
