Great Experiences

I've attended multiple live and on demand webinars through Lorman and have been pleased with every one thus far.

I did get a couple of really good tips from the webinar. However, the presenter expressed exasperation regarding what some doctors were documenting. I felt the manner in which that was presented was in bad form. No one wants to be "that person" who others talk about in a negative way. I felt the ideas could have been presented differently and still have the same education benefit of learning from other's improper documentation.

what a great service! I'm a "unlimited annual" member - many times, I forget to register for a CLE and try to log in minutes before the program begins. Customer service is always available and helpful to take care of everything.

Wide range of topics to choose from. Very well presented topics. Easy to access and view. Great experience with the Lorman site, very informative and helpful.

I got next to nothing from last years reading to be honest.

I like the wide range of topics available, and that I can view the on-demand webinars at any time. I've felt that the presenters were always very knowledgeable and expert at their topics. The content has been relevant, meaningful and easy to follow. I have always come away feeling that I know much more about the topic than I did before.

Great selection of courses that are informational without being too long. My only complaint is that not all courses are available as an MP3 download.

Training is not current. If you have never done a process before, it is a good tool to understand how to do it. However, the 1099 training was from 2018, and changes were made to the 1099 filing in 2020 and there was nothing referencing these updates or updated training on the site

The content and material provided for the course was very informative. In my opinion I think there could have been more real life scenarios and examples that the user could relate to a little more. In addition, I do not believe that the political beliefs of the narrator should have been as evident and mentioned as much as they were. Overall, the content provided me with the base level knowledge of the subject matter.

helpful in my role as general counsel to basic research into issues so that I have basic understanding when discussing issues with management or outside counsel

The All-Access Pass is definitely the way to go. It allows you to get as much training as you want during the entire year without over-paying. All of the webinars I have been involved in and the on-demand courses, written materials and articles I have downloaded have been beneficial in one form or another.

I am thankful for all of the educational offerings that Lorman Education Services offers. They know what is relevant to my profession, which keeps me in the know and allows me to do my job with the knowledge and confidence that I need. It is also a bonus that I receive credits to keep my CPP active.

I used Lorman for 2-3 years.

Feels like it has ran its course.

Not enough consistency in the programs. Some are really good; others are really poor.

Other than my initial seminar, I did not receive any invitations or marketing materials for upcoming seminars. I inquired twice about this but it didn't do any good. We will not be renewing our subscription/membership. ---BEC/CFO
