TOTALY SCAM DONT BUY IT

My order was #3634 confirmed in day 29 nov 2024 AND NOW 20 FEBRUARY 2025 I NEVER RECEIVED MY SCARF
THEY STOLED ME 50 €.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM AND IM GOING TO DO A TIKTOK ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I’m stupid because I don’t read trustpilot and I should have suspected it was a scam when I saw they had disabled comments on Instagram and that it's impossible to contact them. I know the owner's name if anyone wants to take legal action with me. I have sent several emails to the brand and they have never given me real responses, only automated bot replies. I am really disappointed, it was a gift for my boyfriend. I will do everything I can to shut down stores like this.

Totally SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY

No answer and still no shipping info

I ordered a scarf in November and after contacting Lorok by mail and on their Instagram profil, I still have not received any shipping information or answer from them.
I saw that the delivery might take a long time and I would really love to receive the scarf since their design are pretty cool, though the customer service is not great and the shipping service isn’t that great to.
Would love to receive at least an answer to have some info on an estimated delivery, even if it might take some time.

Ordered scarf in November and its now mid Feb and still nothing and 0 responses to emails. I don’t mind waiting esp if its a small business but now it just feels like a scam. Shame because I was looking forward to the item boo.

Order from December, not received in february

I ordered a scarf for a birthday gift on December, knowing that I'll probably arrive later than the birthday but that's okay, but now still waiting and received no response or any help from the society, which is kind of depressing.
#Order 3792 if they are here to read that comment, would like to get the scarf please.

I am glad to have received a scarf after all, so a correction is necessary. The quality is good, but the delivery time was unacceptable. Personally, I would have found it more acceptable if the store had communicated more openly about its problems.

Bought a scarf on 14 November 2024, no sign of the scarf yet. Customer service has not responded to my emails since 19 januari 2024. Have tried to ask for a refund but no luck. Would not recommend, I think I got scammed.

never received my order

just like these other reviews I never received my order. I Ordered 1st of December and now it's February.
Right after my order they were still replying to my messages (very poorly I had to write 3 mails to get 1 question answered) and ever since I am being ignored on all platforms, email, insta, Facebook.

Its ok to have a huge wait time, its ok for it to run late but its not ok to ignore and steal from ur costumers.

ps. they now have limited their commenting options in their posts, so I believe they know what's going on

Feels like a scam, I'll proceed legally

I do not recommend buying from Lorok

I do not recommend buying from Lorok. I waited over ten weeks for the scarves to be delivered, and while that was annoying and over the estimated delivery time, the worst part about it was how he completely ignored all my emails and instagram messages asking about the order. It's not only unprofessional but extremely rude and disrespectful. I would have been fine with waiting these extra weeks if he had the decency to respond and inform me with updates, and instead I spent weeks thinking he had flat-out stolen my money. His disrespect is not worth your money or energy, I suggest you find some other scarf maker to support. Also, I've seen some responses to reviews he has made emphasizing that this is a small business, but I know plenty of small businesses who respond to emails, so there is really no excuse for his complete radio silence.

This shop is a scam! Like many others, I never received my scarf and lost my money. I’ve contacted them five times with no response, no updates—absolutely nothing. I would NEVER recommend this shop. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

No scarf, no communication

Ordered a scarf on the 30th of November (#3647), was given an estimate of 6-9 weeks. After that, no updates whatsoever. I understand that this is a small brand and late dispatches are fine — if they'd email me about it beforehand. I've also contacted them and have not received a reply.

Only leaving a review since I can see that the brand sometimes replies here.

Take the money and run

Emailed them several times after a month of not having my item shipped.

Then I got a reply that it would be shipped that week. It wasn't. They didn't send me any shipping information.

Have now been emailing them pretty much every day since not receiving it. No response

It's now been 3 months. No response. No scarf. Nothing. Utter clowns. They STILL have items for sale on their goddamn website.

This is a scam.
I still haven‘t received my order since November.
No tracking, no shipping, no answer.
My order #3496 was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Then they kept changing the delay on their website.

Inconsistent delivery

After my friend was able to successfully order their scarf from this website, i decided to order one as well. For my friend it arrived in good condition in 6 weeks, but i have now been waiting for 9+ weeks with no news. It’s just a bit disappointing to see their inconsistency, and if i don’t hear from them soon i will be taking legal action, as i’m not letting my money go to waste.

A scam like everyone else has said.

I was really excited to find a store with this style of scarves. They're beautiful. I purchased one back in November 2024 as a gift hoping it would arrive by Christmas. Received a confirmation email; zero follow-up. I messaged them on insta, radio silence. Like others have said, they disable comments on their posts (now we know why). I also noticed their policy says no refunds after 14 days while the products say allow 6-9 weeks for production (lol). A straight up scam. It has been 9 weeks and no response from them at all, so I have disputed this purchase with my bank. Do NOT buy from these guys!

I placed my order last November

I placed my order last November, and still no response back from consecutive emails asking for the status of the order. Not only is it extremely unprofessional but also unethical to hold customer money for several weeks without telling. It's only communicating that they are cowards. I've tried to DM the owners and the shop accounts but no replies. Comments are disabled from their shop account. I don't understand how they are allowed to run this business with this much of bad reviews (worse than that, just stealing people's money.) I'm calling my bank to recall my money back and to place a red flag on their business. Shame on them to lose customers from all over the world because if you have your stuff together, it could have flourished into a good one. But the type of people behind matters no matter the design. NEVER let down your customers and withhold information - it will bite you back just wait for it.

Seeking any reply from the support team

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brand, since after I had placed my order, and waited 9 weeks , I still haven’t received any reply from the support service , regarding any information on possible delays and the reasons of it. If it was possible, I would like to know whether I ever will get a chance to see my scarf in real life, and get my order delivered. No communication on when order will be shipped. Waiting over 9 weeks.

I ordered a scarf from them on the 23rd of Nov 2024 and since then I haven't received any information on when/if it will be shipped. I've sent two emails and reached out to them on Instagram but have been ignored all three times.

I've now been waiting over 9 weeks, which was the maximum wait period displayed on their website so my only option is to leave them a review hoping they will resolve this issue.

I understand that these scarves are made to order and can take a while to be delivered but the lack of communication on their part is really poor. I don't understand why they've been replying to reviews on here but don't reply to e-mails sent to their contact e-mail displayed on their website?

I'm still hoping to receive the scarf because I really like their designs and would like to support their brand, I was initially going to purchase two scarves because I saw another I really liked but thought I would see what they're like first, but if the lack of transparency/communication continues I'm going to have to try and get a refund and look elswhere.

No information, this is a scam, don't buy it

Even after many emails I still haven't received any information about when the order (#3362) I made on November 8th (2024) will be dispatched.

I received a reply from the store saying the order would be dispatched on December 9th, but that never happened. When I asked them for updates 10 days later they said “We are working hard to fulfill over 900 orders as quickly as possible“, but that resulted in no action from the store.

Today is January 24th and I believe my order will never be dispatched. I sent other emails (every week) but they stop replying after the one I mentioned.

I don't believe I will receive my order, this is a scam and their positive reviews all seem to follow a similar style and are probably fake.
