Very Bad! Avoid for peace of mind!
They won’t deliver!
It’s been almost two weeks and my dress is apparently still in China!
They lie, they deceive and they steal.
If you love your peace of mind, don’t order from them.
Their response time is the worst. The customer service is the worst I’ve seen in my entire life.
They’re so incompetent.
They are very nonchalant.
They’re wicked and they will deceive you.

Great customer service
I had ordered a dress from lorvinna which came true to what the picture was on the website. Unfortunately it did not fit so I contacted them and they were very helpful. They give you a few options which I think is very fair and the option I chose was I get to keep the dress instead of returning and incurring fees and they sent a whole new dress the size I needed with all shipment and fees covered. They made the options so easy. I’d be definitely shopping from their website again now without hesitation.

Avoid! Do not waste your money
I received my order 2 weeks after ordering it. The updates on my order were sporadic. The item arrived faulty and appalling quality - nothing like the website image. Cheap see through material and they have refused to refund unless I pay the return shipping costs - for a faulty item! AVOID!
