I contacted LO smiles after finding out I needed essential work done on my teeth that was not covered by the NHS and was way beyond on budget to go private in the UK.
I was obsessed doing my research and finally, after about 2 weeks, narrowed it down to 2.
I went with LO smiles because they have an office in Manchester where you can go for your initial consultation.
My consultation was very relaxed and he answered all of my questions. Most of which I was told to ask by ChatGPT 🤣
I was then contacted by the amazing Emma who sorted my appointment in Antalya. Whenever I contacted her with another question, which I did a lot, she replied straight away. No matter what time of day it was.

The day finally came and I was picked up and escorted to the practice. I was greeted by the lovely Suzy who immediately put me at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean and had a very calming air. Suzy sat me down and very patiently went through the whole procedure and answered my countless questions
I went for the 360 scan and then went into another room where there was 2 dentists, the surgeon, dental nurse and technicians. The scan showed my gums were far more damaged(by my nhs dentist) than originally thought. The compassion and care I received in that room went above and beyond by everyone in there. I can not expresss highly enough how kind and understanding they were.
Cutting a very long story short I needed extra work doing. This was not a ploy to get more money out of me because they said I didn’t have to get it done, I could go and get another opinion or I could go away and have a think. They explained that implants wouldn’t work as I needed bone grafts and 6 month healing period instead of 3.
I decided to go ahead cos the work had to be done. I was there for 2 hours getting the bone grafts, sinus lift, implants and preparation for a bridge. Through out this treatment I was totally pain free, except for the injections. The equipment they use is amazing nothing like anything over here. They are years ahead of us with the technology.
After it was all done Suzy sat me down to check I was ok and answer any further questions.
I went home pain free apart from a bit of achy pain in my cheeks. There was no bruising and only very slight swelling the next day.
I can not thank the team at LO smiles Antalya enough. You are all amazing. Looking forward to seeing you all in November for my crowns.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lo Smiles from start to finish. The service was fantastic, the treatment was amazing, and I’m so happy with my results.
