They take 10 days to respond to an email asking for information on an item, and they make no effort to actually reply to the questions instead tell you to go to makers website and find out yourself which is not available on the website and the seller could easily have answered. Waste of time messaging about any item you see that are interested in buying as they will make no effort to respond.

They are a terrible Airline dreadful customer service on the plane really unpleasant staff. The plane was late which was not the fault of the airline they openly lied about how late the plane was. I had a small bottle of eye solution which was broken, my case must have had some rough treatment at Warsaw. Look for alternative airlines Lot are terrible

This airline is appalling and far too rigid. I travelled from Seoul to Warsaw a few days ago and passengers were given no choice of meal. Everyone was served with pork, whether you ate pork or not and I was told that there was nothing else, so I was forced to endure a 13 hour flight with no meal at all as the second meal replicated the first. Pork again! For an airline which purports to be Poland's national airline, this is extremely poor as other reputable airlines offer passengers a choice of meal, whether your meal was pre ordered or not.

I complained to the airline but was rebuffed. I would not travel with airline again and would not recommend it either.

Never use this company scam , they lost my 3 baggage’s and when I asked contribution they told it is only for 28 days I was on holiday over 28 days I did not have connection , to fill the form on internet, I did call them , but they not contributing, also not only me many people at airport lost their baggage try to avoid this company RB/21214/23/MW

I was initially concerned about paying without being able to contact the seller. However, once I paid, everything went very smoothly, and very happy with the purchase!

Advertised a bed on this website. I paid £25 marketing fee (newsletter) and additional £25 deposit (in case the bed was sold but failed to be shipped. After almost a year, I did not receive the alleged newsletter where it was marketed. I have asked for this bed to be removed and deposit returned and I got no reply. I would avoid using this website.
