EXCELLENT SERVICE!

This is the 2nd map that I have ordered. This company is phenomenal! The service is excellent, my changes were made swiftly and proofs sent quickly. Anthony and Matt are super efficient and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Lovely post holiday gift to yourself to chase those post holiday blues away. When preview arrived I made a minor change which was dealt with quickly and despatched soon after. Great experience.

The staff at Lotsy were very good about answering my questions. The preview they sent me was a little off on the location I wanted. Once I pointed this out, it was corrected on the 2nd preview which I approved. I love my print. I’m got it matted & framed.

The product is a printout on thick paper. Mine arrived with a fold in the picture that likely came from shipping. The team at Lotsy is sending me a replacement now.

Very disappointed. Bought as a gift. Arrived damaged. Couldn't give it as a gift in that condition. Was not offered a refund. Would never purchase again

We moved from the UK to Spain nearly 3 years ago and when we saw the map print we knew it was going on our wall.
It was designed perfectly and I was emailed a proof print very quickly after ordering.
Once the proof print was okayed it was being posted!
Lotsy is based quite near to our daughter so I had it sent to her address rather than Spain and delivery was very quick and with no issues.
Everyone comments when they walk into our lounge as it's the first thing you see on our wall.
We're so happy with the print and the overall service of Lotsy.

I made an order, I got fast reply and fast confirmation of shipping. I did have an issue with a large delay in shipping that was the result of our worthless US customs system . Anthony was responsive and helped me out. I got the item ( the delay was not the fault of Lotsy). It was exactly what I hoped for. Shipped safely and was perfect on arrival. I highly suggest upgraded shipping for US orders. The USPS is literally overwhelmed with our new customs and tariff regulations. Thanks Donald :-)

I am so impressed with the company, especially the customer service. They have been nothing but stellar! The ordering process was seamless, the instructions were very clear and the communication was top-notch. After I received the digital file, I changed my mind on the placement and contacted Anthony, expecting to pay a fee for making changes and he was wonderful and said no charge. I can't recommend this company more, such a unique piece of art that makes me so happy to put on my wall and admire!

I always come here to Trustpilot to see if a company is legit because, unfortunately the world is full of scams. I CAN TESTIFY THAT LOTSY IS WORTH THEIR 5 STARS and massive praise. Anthony at Lotsy is hyper supportive, friendly, helpful and the service has been phenomenal. So much so that I'm ordering more for Christmas. The prints are great quality and he even gets the "pin" for the places on the maps perfectly right. I'm in awe.
If you are on the brink of ordering, don't hesitate, do it today... right NOW is a good time!
