Dishonest sign up process

Dishonest sign up process, a black hole that requires a lot of personal identifiable information, address, disclosures and ends up asking to upload real IDs. If they are upfront about it, if would not have been a problem but they are not.

Waste of time!
I went through the whole process to sign up on this website on my iPhone. I filled out everything and they even sent a customer ID number.
As I was ready to get my Lottery Tickets, it said 'we have to verify Your State...my phone's location services were ON. No vpn, no hide my ip on my settings and it was turning like it was going to check my locale, but nothing ever happened!
I waited for over 5 minutes.
Next, I went ot my laptop.
First, I googled the website
When I went to hit the link as it was the first result and the link wouldn't go anywhere! Seriously?
Then I just went to the site by entering the url into my browser and hit 'my profile' to sign in, since I'm already signed up.
I enter my email address, then go to enter my password, and it say's
We cannot process your request at this time please try again in a few minutes. Seriously?
Forget it.
