Direct client for who I did some editing and translation work. Communication was constant, timely, and ongoing, and Robertt was always fast-responsive from the beginning making all the work process smooth. During the project, I could always easily reach Robertt by any means, and so whenever I had questions or doubts or comments about the texts, I would get an answer straight-away, allowing me to continue working speedily and confident knowing what the client really wants and expects without the usual downtime that sometimes this sort of workflow causes.
