I sat down with Jojo in Jan 2019 to discuss my vision of becoming a first time homebuyer. I was currently interviewing real estate brokers at the time and I was truly impressed by the effort Jojo took in the initial meeting, the presentation, snacks and walking me through the process. What I like the most was how she included a vision board and detailed descriptions of property styles to help assist in your true desire for a property owner. Jojo also introduced me Tyrone Maxie who became my mortgage broker. Throughout the year I would touch base with Jojo and inform her where I was at in the process for purchasing a home. November 12, 2019 my credit was pre-approved for a home loan. November 17th, 2019 Jojo and I met and went over my detailed list of what I was looking for in a property and locations. She gave me advice on which location would appreciate and she also took a step further and reviewed my work location to ensure my lifestyle of peace of mind would not be impacted due to travel times and traffic. In 2 days we reviewed houses and we found my first dream condo in Renton, Wa. The location was perfect the design of the condo was fitting and also what I noticed about Jojo is that she paid attention to my wants and needs. So in previous condo's we reviewed she automatically pointed out features that would not appeal to me based on what I described, she also included feng shui concepts. So it really matter to me that she was paying attention to my detailed list, was honest and did not want to put me in something just because the price was right! On Nov 22, 2019 we put in a bid for my current home and the counter offer was accepted, almost a month later with her due diligence and ensuring I was ok through out the process I closed on my home December 19, 2019. She was there at my closing to assist with any questions I had, she also included a home warranty in my purchase, which is great for a first time home buyer. After we closed she still made sure to stay in contact and make sure the moving process would run smooth. As a realtor she even has access to additional resources you may need! I look forward to the housewarming as I know it is going to be one of a kind. I look forward to doing more business with Jojo in the near future. I'm so happy I selected her as my realtor!
