Awful customer service and worrying…
Awful customer service and worrying lack of knowledge of what they have supplied you.
I had a fault with a discharge pen and it took ages to get a reply from rebecca. After going backwards and forwards on email she palmed me off to the mounjaro help line.
The issue is that this is not what they prescribed or supplied me. This is a concerning as they have all my details. I am still out of pocket and no nearer getting the faulty pen replaced

Where a pen is believed to be faulty, the correct process is for the suspected device fault to be raised with the manufacturer, as they are responsible for investigating product quality concerns, device failures and potential batch issues. This is why you were directed to the relevant manufacturer support route.
That said, we’re sorry if the communication around this felt slow, unclear or as though you were being passed on without support. That is not how we want patients to feel, and we appreciate how concerning it must have been if you felt the advice given did not match the medication you had been supplied.

The App is poor and poor customer service.
The App. Which they rave about. Is indeed included. But it’s terrible. My Ai assistant hasn’t worked since 17th June. It paused itself after I asked for help on something that a moderator needed to respond to. (24hrs it said) a week later… No moderator has responded. Ai still paused and no way to get queries responded to. Reported it to ‘JT’ in message. No reply. Reported to lotus customer service. No reply.
Happy to take your money quick enough though…

As someone who joined this scheme to accompany my wife, I can view the service pretty dispassionately. Lotus runs an excellent service, do what they say they will do, the order arrives well-packed in good time, and the price is very competitive, with discounts to top it all off. I've lost kilos and my health and sporting performance are better. Basically a company who (so far) can be trusted to provide just what they say they do!

What can I say apart from lotus is absolutely amazing. I've tried all different diets and groups nothing worked. Gave lotus a try and within 15 weeks im 2 and a half stone lighter. My eating habits have change and so has my outlook on life. Ordering is simple delivery is quick what is there not to like.

I ordered weight loss medication on 17 June, was approved and paid £191 immediately. What followed was two weeks of silence, broken promises and complete incompetence. Their first reply blamed a spelling error in my email address and asked for additional information, which I provided promptly. On 19 June they confirmed receipt and promised dispatch notification. Nothing came. I emailed twice on 22 June — no reply. I sent a formal notice threatening a chargeback — no reply. It took them until 1 July, two weeks after taking my money, to contact me with an apology claiming my emails had “got stuck somewhere.” By this point I had missed my scheduled injection date, been forced to source medication elsewhere at greater expense, and spent two weeks in significant stress chasing a company that had taken £191 and disappeared. The refund was eventually issued but only after I had formally threatened bank intervention. I had read negative reviews before ordering and ignored them. Do not make the same mistake. This company takes your money, goes silent, and only acts when legally cornered. Avoid completely.

Do not purchase from this supplier
Do not purchase from this supplier! I purchased the first pen and had no problems. For my second pen, they sent a faulty pen. The seal was outside the pen so it could not be administered. I raised this with them and they basically told me this is a manufacturer problem and I need to raise it with them and have me a telephone number and told me I could buy another pen from them to keep to my schedule. Complete lack of ownership and customer service.

I purchased a medication from Lotus…
I purchased a medication from Lotus Weight Loss, but the process was very slow. I had to upload some of my information twice, and each step required a full day before moving forward. It also took two days before my order was shipped.
I emailed them about my specific shipping requirements. Although they responded before dispatching the package, they did not follow my instructions. As a result, my shipment was left in the courier warehouse during these hot days.
Because of this experience, I am not planning to work with this company again. I also suspect they may be using AI bots to respond to emails, which could explain why they were unable to act on my request properly or promptly.
We are not buying toys or house decoration from you. We are buying medicine from you and every step matters and directly relates to your customers safety and their trust.
In addition to above negative side lotus weight lost has sent the package in secure box inside the box the medicine was wrapped into %100 sheep wool along with the ice pack. also there were lost of wipes and enough number of needles. and a big container. Those are great but you can ask fore example if we need such a container and you can save some from the shipping and also you can save from container cost.
I do not know. you should invest or inspect your shipping section. As i read from internet comments it is not only me who complains about your shipping.

Missing medication, ignored messages, and no proper resolution
My order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail, but I did not receive it. The delivery image was not my property, and the signature provided was not mine. I was at home at the time, no one knocked, and I did not authorise the parcel to be left with anyone else.
I raised this urgently through their online query form and followed up by email several times, but instead of resolving the issue properly, I have been left waiting, chasing, and feeling ignored. This was not a normal parcel, it contained medication, so I expected this to be treated with far more urgency and professionalism.
I have been left £200 out of pocket for an order I never received, and I had to spend more money elsewhere because I could not be left without my medication. Their response has been very poor, with no clear refund, no proper solution, and no ownership of the problem.
Very unprofessional service, especially for a company dealing with medication. I would not feel confident ordering from them again.

When Royal Mail marks an order as delivered, we do need to review the delivery evidence and follow the appropriate investigation process with the courier. However, we appreciate that this can feel extremely frustrating when you are saying the photograph is not your property and the signature is not yours.
Medication deliveries must be treated seriously, and we’re sorry if you felt left waiting or unsupported while this was being looked into. That is not how we want any patient to feel.
Where a delivery dispute is raised, we have to follow the correct process so that the delivery evidence, GPS data and courier response can be properly reviewed before a final outcome is reached.
We’re sorry for the stress and inconvenience caused, and for the loss of confidence this experience has created.

No needles and non existent customer service
Whilst my treatment was delivered quickly no needles were included so it is impossible to use it. I have spent two solid days calling, emailing and messaging in the app to get some needles sent to me urgently and can’t get hold of anybody. Very disappointed about the poor / non existent customer service and hugely sad that I couldn’t start my treatment when planned. Now it is the weekend so who knows when I will ever hear back from them.
