Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I kept receiving automated emails saying they needed further photo evidence but when I followed the links all my photos had been approved. When I emailed for more information I just kept receiving the same automated emails again and again, even when I was asking to cancel my order. I had to explicitly request a cancellation and refund FIVE TIMES before it was actioned and at no point did I receive any kind of genuine reply, only automated templates.

Cheap, quick and not painful to deal with.
Very good after a break from the medication i had to fill out some forms quick sort out with them about restarting, therss a welcome45 code that made it very cheap for the 2.5.

terrible service
Ordered Mounjaro with no issue and the medication was dispatched promptly. However, when trying to obtain my prescription to reorder with another pharmacy, it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone or get this prescription. I never received a copy as a confirmation email. Called the number listed on the website within their opening hours but the lines were disconnected. Tried using the chat function multiple times and no one joined and no emails were ever responded to. I’m now behind my medication schedule which has caused disruption and some distress. I’ve never had an issue trying to get my prescription from any other pharmacy, if I had been travelling and needed this document I’d have been out of luck. I will not be returning or recommending this provider.

Missing Part Of Order and Poor Customer Service
Part of my order was missing which meant I couldn't take my medication. I had to contact 3 times before I finally got an answer and then a solution. Missing parts were posted out but not next day delivery which meant I was late a total of 12 days before I could take my medication. I asked for a partial refund of the £221 I originally spent with them and was denied this. Really poor service from Lotus and will not be ordering through them again.

One of most easiest companies to deal with for weight loss medicine and I have dealt with a lot . I was impressed with ordering the delivery (next day) and the actual package which included sharps box box of swabs and 2 packs of needles. I mention this as only ever one pharmacy before gave all these items without asking, others never asked and just sent Jag. Lotus never asked but sent anyway so would definitely recommend

Great Lotus Pharmacy
I’ve been with Lotus Pharmacy for several months and have always found their service to be excellent. Communication has consistently been quick, with speedy replies and fast processing of orders, which made the experience very convenient and reliable.
After the January launch and the introduction of the subscription service, I decided to move elsewhere as the prices had become more expensive than they previously were. However, with the recent announcement of reduced prices and a return to the original, reputable service model, I decided to come back and place another order.
It’s great to see Lotus listening to customer feedback and making positive changes. Thank you to the Lotus team—I’m happy to be ordering with you again.
