Another month almost gone and the Item that should be after 8 days is still not available - as the result whole my delivery postponed. Two e-mails sent to them (one to sales[at]europe-audio.com, other one to information[at]europe-audio.com) and never had the answer. Seriously, if I knew before would buy from China - at least that would be quicker and much more reliable... Really disappointed, they service is literally rubbish!!!

Ordered created Feb 18, 2018, some items ordered as in stock, some with 4-8 weeks availability. Part of the order shipped May 9 (items that were in stock), remaining items are no longer available. No replies to my emails.

Do not buy anything here!
I have used this company twice.
The first time everything was working fine. Order came on time and I was updated.
Second time nothing is working!
I ordered some drivers on 20 March 2018. The drivers were not in stock but delivery should be 3-4 weeks.
I still haven't received the order and the company just stopped to answer any of my mails.
I haven't heard anything from Loudspeaker Freaks since 26 March!
That is the worst service ever!

Ordered in early March and expected …
Ordered in early March and expected delivery was the 15th of April, nothing new since I know Europe audio can be slower than a frozen snail, but I've always got my items. Date was then pushed a few days forward and shipped promptly the day after the newly set date.
Slow but alot cheaper than most of its competition.
PS. Use PayPal for safety if unsure.
Edit: Last order I had to do a claim via the bank to get my money back, because they ghosted me on mail and phone for months.. They even canceled items I did NOT get a claim for. Probably the worst customer experience ever.
