Been waiting a week and emailed twice for an update. Baught as a gift and asked for the order to be cancelled if it couldn't be deluvered within a week.
Another 7 days to go before the bank can recall the payment.
Thank you for your reply we have had to contact PayPal for a refund as we have no relies to any emails sent.

Thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies for the frustration this situation has caused, especially as the order was intended as a gift.
As we ship alcohol from our fulfilment centre to the UK, each order must first be approved by UK customs. Unfortunately, during the holiday period these approval documents can take longer than usual to be processed. This, combined with peak December shipping volumes, led to the delay in your order.
That said, we fully understand that clearer communication and more timely updates were expected from our side, and for that we apologise.
