I absolutely love all the jewelry I’ve ever gotten from this wonderful company. They have great customer service and the Jewelry is top-notch quality. It all looks like genuine stones and genuine, gold sparkle and shine like the real thing and I would know I’m a professional Jeweler wholesale diamond dealer.

I was going through the earrings and bought the same exact pair of stud earrings at kohl’s today. I put them on in the parking lot and went out for lunch. after lunch I was in my car and wanted to look at them in the car mirror one looked loose, the back had fallen off. I returned them. I paid $36.00 for them. cheap quality

I had ordered 2 moissanite rings one an engagement and the other a jacket I didnt realize I should've ordered the jacket half a size bigger, I ordered both 8.5. I can't wear the rings together since the engagement won't even fit in the jacket, so I'll just wear them with different rings. My engagement ring from 10 years ago fits really loose, but it fits in the jacket and my engagement ring I'm wearing it with my first wedding band enhancer, so I just have 2 options to wear my rings now and so far I'm loving them, and they arrived pretty quickly so thank you for my rings, they are a good quality, they don't look cheap, we'll see how they do with everyday wear I hope they last and none of the diamonds fall out. So far so good 😊

Personally very pleased with my two purchases. Perfect for when I'm traveling and don't want to wear or carry my
'real rings/jewelry'. For the price, the quality is exactly how I imagined.
I will purchase additional pieces.

I wrote a review about Louily not issuing me a credit. I was wrong they did issue the credit. It didn’t show on my credit card I had to call for confirmation. My apologies to Louily.

BUYER BEWARE! Have to ship back to china!!!! Big hassle. Not worth it.

Do not buy from them. The ring looked like a play ring. I contacted them and agreed to a $35.00 credit even though the ring cost $119.00 and a $15.00 gift card. I never received the credit. I have contacted them several times and they showed me a fake screen. ITS been over a month and still no credit. They are not an honest company at all.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I purchased earrings and they looked nothing like the picture. The size was absolutely off. They didn’t look anywhere near good quality for a$90 earring it looked liked a dollar store earring and when I presented it within one hour of delivery, they claimed that I would need to pay to ship all the way to China by the way, they concealed the fact that they were even a company in China And I would have to pay for the return shipping of $17 to $20 out of my own pocket for being duped out of the earrings I thought I was purchasing. The customer service was atrocious they continue to say do you want a $10 gift card when you can’t even buy anything for under $90 and why would I need a gift card to further spend my money on a scam . Don’t be fooled like I was and lose $100.

Honestly, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews... I live in LA and ordered 2 engagement rings, 2 wedding bands, and 1 regular ring, and they threw in an extra 'love' ring for free! From the day I placed the order to receiving it in the mail only took 5 days, which was surprisingly fast considering it came from China. Hopefully the quality of the pieces last over time, but they look beautiful so far!

I am thrilled with my recent purchase from Louilly jewelry! The two rings were super reasonable due to their buy one get one free promotion. The quality is exceptional from the lustrous sparkle of the stones to the expert craftsmanship of the settings. This was my second purchase from Louilly and it certainly won’t be my last!

I been waiting for 10 day all ready and I pay for express shipping why is it taking 10 day to get here when it supposed to take 4-6 days to get here. Soo is 1 star for me because I don’t like the customer service or the shipment because I didn’t pay for 25$ shipping just to take more then 4 and 6 days, and I still haven’t received my package yet it been 10 days, I will like to do a refund or I will like for my package to get here it be helpful if you can do one of those favors for me..

Less than helpful company and not good customer service. Slow shipping. Didn’t verify address before shipping, address was incorrect and insufficient. Had to wait for the package to come all the way from China anyway. Not it’s been almost a month and still no product bc it’s on its way back to them. Refusing to refund me. These were gifts, or supposed to be. Don’t wanna wait another month for them to come back.

This company is great to work with. Love the jewelry and customer service always resolves any issues you may have. I recommend!

Ok this was me barely a hour ago with the negative things I said I was getting from “Luoilly Jewelry” I barely got my rings it took a month but I got them! They are pretty Rings! & you get a free pair of earrings!!! So I’m sorry for the earlier review…. I’m once again a satisfied customer 🩷

They hide their shipping is from china and make returns impossible.

Quality is fraudulent too...as the diamonds are cut very different that actual diamon cuts, they look like bricks underneath.

With the added bonus of the sizing being way wrong...this site should be taken down

Plus, the sizing is WAY off.

I had to send my ring back to due to a sizing issue and customer service went above and beyond to assist me. They were extremely prompt, communicative, and helpful! I volunteered to write a review because I saw so impressed with the process. Would definitely recommend!!
