I come in with my Aygo for my back window after a letter from Toyota. After 2,5 hours they replaced it, but said they also added 2 liters of oil (which I already did a few weeks before). So I call bs. They clearly want to make money, without asking if you want it. My advice, take care of your car, and don't get duped.
