Treated like an equal

Been a buyer of this brand along other luxury brand products ; This is by far the best shopping experience inside of store and website I was treated the way anyone who was spending over 2000 on items should be treated ; Unfortunately there are locations including other high end brands who kinda profile for race etc... but for the most part I was treated better here than other high end services online and in store

HI have tried to order today - you took money and then said i was unsuccessful? no other explanation why

HI have tried to order today, the order went through, you then sent me an email with no explanation as to why my order failed. Having contacted the bank you have taken the money from my account!
Your customer service line is not working, it is actually off now.
you have no customer service email to contact either.
I have emailed back to the message also saying I didn't have the goods but have heard nothing. I cannot use the funds on my account as you have taken it, yet I don't have the Xmas present I ordered! I am hugely annoyed and frustrated and have wasted the morning trying to contact you and the bank about this. I will be contacting UK trading standards about your lack of contact avenues in the event of this type of situation primarily. For a company of your size and scale this is poor indeed. I would still like the product as its a requested gift for Xmas, but honestly the worst service I have seen! (additionally) it is now nearly 10pm and I have sent 4 emails and have still not heard anything back to my 4 emails. I have tried to call all day and want to log for anyone trying to order, that your phone line on the website 02079986286 is not working now, and has not worked all of today! I actually just want the bag you have taken the money for, this is a completely awful experience.
