I got sent extra beans to replace the ones that spilled out everywhere, but it was a tiny bag... The bean bag needs an entire extra large bag of beans as they "shrink" unbelievably quickly. I've had better bean bags from Argos at a fraction of the price. Customer service was fine, but the product is awful.
