I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
My original repair request was lodged 47 days before the scheduled visit. During that time, communication was consistently poor. I was required to submit photos twice due to an apparent system failure, received repeated SMS messages containing links that did not work, and was not provided with alternative contact methods when those links failed. There was no capacity to leave voicemail messages outside business hours, effectively forcing customers into a single communication channel with no backup if it broke.
Emails were acknowledged without meaningful information or timeframes. Even allowing for the Christmas/New Year period, this was very poor customer relationship management.
When the franchisee, Harry, attended on 19 January 2026, I raised these communication concerns. Rather than being addressed professionally, the discussion escalated. During the visit, my furniture was handled carelessly, with protective coverings and cushions placed on wet ground.
Harry stated that he did not need the work and could walk away from the job, then left without completing any repairs and without restoring the chair to the condition in which he found it.
The issue was not a single message or misunderstanding, but systemic communication failures and an unwillingness to engage constructively with reasonable client feedback.
Based on this experience, I would not use this service again.
